It can be MMO, or a regular computer game or anything else. R.O.M. do not count. My top favourites must absolutely be
1. Roller Coaster Tycoon series - I spent a lot of my youth creating these machines and then a lot of time in recession rebuilting them when they killed people.
2. Zoo Tycoon series - It was fun maintainning a Zoo. I thought it would be boring but soon I got the hang of it and quickly became addicted.
3. Diablo series - What? No DOOM this time? Yes, I thought for once that I would put in something else than DOOM. Diablo used to scare me when I was little Especially since I would do only two levels, save my character and then restart. D2 is also very fun to play online if there isn't any lag spikes.

Let's see, I've always been a console guy, but:
Championship Manager (Not bothered to pick a season) - Always fun to take your team to the top, pretty realistic (with the exception of Newcastle winning everything, and Chelsea getting relegated constantly)
Devil May Cry 3 - My first DMC, was great fun, Dante is awesome. Vergil, not so much.
Worms Armageddon - For months of spending time with guys at school blowing eachother to bits. A real friendship builder (as long as there's no spammage of banana bombs)
