Gonna play the downer card, I guess.
Long story short, the song's about growing up and leaving yourself behind; losing blissful ignorance and innocence, and worse, living to regret it. Been hitting me kinda hard lately, so I figured I'd post it and see what y'all think. I mean, yeah, the ending (of the animation in this specific version of the song, anyway) is kinda happy, but still...

Growing up sucks, I started to realize this at the age of about 13. >_>
The memories of your childhood, may they be good or bad, that you can't get back, no matter how much you want it. Those were good times, now we have all these responsibilities and and drama. It just sucks, man. :/

Wow, that song was actually really moving. I guess childhood really is the only truly pure time in a person's life; adults don't get the benefit of innocence....dang.

Most of my closest friends have qualities that I despise. But I love them all regardless of their faults.
