The RNG just hates me lol. I should add that I was using crusader scrolls as well while training leaf lol. More Fail then ever. lol

Biggest Letdown? The secret bit at the end of Fe:7 was cut out of the EU version of the game

The FE8 lords are pretty terrible. They're caps are horrible. Lack of personality...

FE8 brings me lots of memories.

Like why to never use duessel in arenas versus falcoknights. stupid falcoknights with silverlances dealing 17 per hit and doubling Duessel make me have RAEG

And the trainees. ZOMFG, I don't even wanna start with them... why would I EVAR use Ross, Amelia and Ewan when I have peeps like Joshua and Ephraim? It makes no sense =/

Then we have Knoll and Marisa, who join too late to be of any use. And there's others, like Syrene, and Myrrh. It's not like Myrrh is bad, it's just that she has only 50 uses and then she becomes useless.

Yea what kinda crappy stone breaks after attacking 50 times? And she was a bit overpowered when she hit lvl20 lol. No one could hurt her but Morva, Lyon, and Formortiis.

And she could one-shot them all before they could attack her... maybe they made her be limited to 50 attacks for a reason XD

I could also solo the game with Ephraim and Joshua and not bother with them at all, which I AM doing right now, but that's besides the point. The point is that I could have other people who are better and they don't have to be tower abused/ set up just to make them good.

It also doesn't seem like you're really helping Knoll's case in those 2 last sentences...

... That's not what i was saying. I meant that you can use other units, sure, but I mean, I don't really think it's exactly a good thing to need to be abused to be decent. The trainees are just too weak for when they join for them to be very useful, and I kinda find that a letdown, which is what this topic is about.
