@  acceptance : (02 February 2019 - 06:08 PM) *Tumblrweed*
@  kirant : (02 February 2019 - 05:44 PM) *Tumbleweed*
@  Elwood : (02 February 2019 - 05:35 PM) *Tumbleweed*
@  Fire Blazer : (31 January 2019 - 12:11 AM) (silence)
@  Fire Blazer : (12 January 2019 - 08:55 PM) tho personally I guess I'm not too afraid of responding to old messages anyway sometimes, haha
@  Fire Blazer : (12 January 2019 - 08:54 PM) to have discussions where people respond at their own convenience
@  Fire Blazer : (12 January 2019 - 08:54 PM) forums could still be used but we'd have to make a bit of an effort I guess
@  Fire Blazer : (12 January 2019 - 08:54 PM) I agree with Mage Girl/Cero/Elwood/Kirant lolol
@  xcrash1998 : (12 January 2019 - 10:15 AM) And yeah missing stuff on discord is easy depending on when most people are online
@  xcrash1998 : (12 January 2019 - 10:11 AM) I think there are just fewer people interested in taking part on forums since most information is already accesible trough the many means.
@  Mercurius : (09 January 2019 - 02:46 AM) Well, at the same time I also don't frequent most of the discord channels I'm a part of, though.
@  Mercurius : (09 January 2019 - 02:46 AM) I used to prefer forums but I've been spoiled by the "everything at the same hub" thing...
@  kirant : (06 January 2019 - 07:39 PM) I'm of pretty similar opinion...it's easy to miss a good discussion on Discord (which plays much more into a "stream of consciousness" feel).
@  Elwood : (04 January 2019 - 10:42 PM) I prefer forums because they keep everything more organized. With Discord you can have 3 conversations jumbled together and not know what anyone is talking about. It's also way easier to miss stuff.
@  Cero : (31 December 2018 - 07:23 AM) mhmm, its rough
@  Mage Girl : (29 December 2018 - 11:33 AM) I feel like a lot of forums have much less traffic because most of us who appreciate them are much busier than we used to be, and I don't think the younger generation is too keen on finding forums anymore

FE Builder, Ultimate Tutorial 2

25 August 2018 - 07:04 PM

FE Builder is multi tool to capable of a huge variety of things, and also does great as a debugging tool to search for errors, special events, ability/effectiveness pointers and much more.

What I got up to

15 May 2018 - 11:04 AM

Maps:

Spoiler

EDIT:

Just realised that I didn't add much talk to this post even tough it needs some.

Chapter 0 has no real gameplay at all it is just to make the player familiar with the situation and how the characters are

Chapter 1 You get to met with your companions of which the Knight is needed to snowball the first wave of enemies and the extra mage gives you some decent extra firepower to finish them off after. The assassin won't join you throughout any of the Lyn story chapters

Chapter 2 A village you needed to visit someone in who will help you in your journey... and you can recruit a myrmidon that your pparty knows but wasn't aware of being there.

Chapter 3 Is an escape mission where you have to get no that centre part of the map while progressing there bandits will ambush you from that direction.

Chapter 3x I am not sure how far I am really gona make this relevant to the plot but since i have a more specific purpose for this in mind I am gona keep it in.

Chapter 4 Yes it had to be an archer, mostly because any other unit with a weapon would have killed thos brigands (I fixed that brigand up there who ubviously is lost)

Chapter 5 Fog of War, oh how do we fear those words, but you get thief for the sole purpose of making this less annoying as there is a killer weapon in there

Chapter 6 Mountains, how hard it can be to make them dynamic. Yeah so classic movement disatvantage as there are gona be a lot of Wyverns, but you get a Sage pre promote (Pent for the Win) and you also get a Pegasus rider who doesn't really have an other choice than to join, but she will be a merc so she won't mind.

So chapter 7 is a chapter that has no plot at all it just make clear that the pursuers you tried to get away from actually made it ahead of you and that they are trying to attack your base that you are trying to reach.

Chapter 8 Is also more plot based as you can see with the multiple maps you try to recruit an ally who went mad and should be going to kill everything otherwise he will just stay at the tent in the bottom middle where the enemies took distance from, but he will move and any kill in this chapter will be GAME OVER, this is the most reasonable what I could come up with to make him seem like attacking everything in his path.

Oh, bevor I forget just here is where you get the healer from chapter 3x, a little late, but I could shift her a little earlier.

Chapter 9 The last front until you reached your destination, also there to give it the right feeling

Chapter 10 everyone who knows anything has to die, muahahahaha.ha..ha...ha... . . . by waiting until the ones with the big guns show up,

you also get a wyvern rider with some good defence to back you up.

Well yeah that's the basic scenario that is happening in the chapters events are a little wonky coordinates especially.

I am also trying to get some good guide for editing the preperationscreen asswell as setting positions and forcing and banning characters

to/from a chapter.

How to work on a Hack?

17 April 2018 - 10:34 PM

So yeah I am working on a hack and wenn I am looking back on how much time has gone and how far I got with it, I am justing that I am not gona get anything done this way.

I know how to hack I can use events, win condition can do character edits, mugs and already had my hand on a custom animation.

Now what I think the problem is, is how I approach it, one day I am telling myself "lets do some events" the next I am doing mugs then I am doing something else and latest by then I return to events to because it needs to be done.

In what order should I complete things without needing to go back to another, so that I can stick with one area of the process, get into the flew, get more productive at it, finish it of and then go to the next one.

How can I make two different characters use the same Level and Stats

19 October 2017 - 11:30 PM

For example like Ninian and Nils, different portrait, different class but same level and stats.

Is that similar to the transition from the Lyn Mode characters to the none Lyn Mode characters, if thats the case the case I just see how that works.
