Alright so I am not overly concerned about what it looks like, but there are only a few requirements; brown hair, brown eyes and that it looks like a mug used by a nomad (from FE7). If you can help, thank you Also if possible, could someone make frames?

Opening poster, your request sounds exactly like Shin from Fe:6... just use him?
Also the two bastards arguing in this topic, take it to spamland or something...

Shin...or even if it didn't matter as much...a recoloring of Rath would be fine...

If you want I can link you to a recoloring tutorial and you can do it yourself in MS Paint ?

The problem is, recoloring don't make things look nearly as professional whether it be comics, hacking games or just doing a fan picture. Since he's looking for something semi-unique in terms of looks, but still looking like a nomad from FE6/7, I think at the very least, a simple splice would be in order. But, I assume Kyle is still going to do it, although he's taking his time.

what's that thing above his eye supposed to be?
He also needs forehead shading, there's no sense of direction of light on the forehead--it all looks super bright/pale to me.

I don't know if it's okay or not, but here's a swing at it. I apologize if I didn't use the colors you wanted.
I made a small edit.

The angle and height of the left shoulder (our POV) don't fit the rest of the body as well as it could, IMO. I might edit the outline and reshade that part of the shoulder if I were you and you want it to look better, though it takes an artistic eye to get it looking less deformed, IMO.
From a long shot, it looks fine though, when you don't analyze it too much. It just looks slightly off.

I know exactly why that is. I used Hugh's shoulders, and he has his hand resting on his chin, as you may know. So it's at a different angle than if his arm were at his side.

Looks cool. It surprisingly looks a lot like I imagined.

Mason is from the first sprite I did so I never really tried to fix him up much at all. Also it's supposed to be a scar above his eye but as I said, I never really tried to fix him up much (just to many problems kept coming up with him). Seems that a better one was found so that works.
