Just a heads-up, Suzaku's a normal member again. The old problem resolved and I think things have for the most part gone back to normal and he really helped rebuild the atmosphere a little. His seriousness allowed us to get back into focus and I think now we can truly be ourselves.

@Ayumu- But this forum isn't your forum. Suzaku's too young to permanently fill in the role I need, and I had planned on him being a temporary anyway. He's a great moderator but he's not the final piece of the puzzle and my staff is pretty large anyway, at the moment, with 6 people. If I can find that "perfect person" and add a 7th, that'd be cool and all, but I probably wouldn't hire another staff member until 2010 after I did so.

But you only know what you see as a member-- there are other aspects to Suzaku and his modship that you aren't aware of or familiar with, to be blunt. I'd tell you the full story (not that it's some huge thing) but that's for the staff and Suzaku to know.
