Hey you guys, what do you guys think of this portrait i've been working on (its not done). I think the shadings bad, but what do you guys think.

I think.... You stuck Oujay's head on Wolt's body, kept Wolt's chin and then pillow shaded Wolt's body, getting rid of the shoulder pad at the same time :3
I suggest getting some new eyes in there, maybe some new hair, since it really looks like Oujay.
Also, yes, the shading needs work.

I know I have'nt finished it yet, just seeing what ppl thoght about it so far, also those are not Wolt's shoulders

You're right, they're Karel's (FE6), and they're still pillow shaded to all hell, so it doesn't really matter whose shoulders they are.
You seriously need to fix that pillow shading.

The best way to find how it should look is to look at other fe mugs, as those as a whole are accurate.

Pretty basic splice ._.
Again, try changing more things than just sticking a few parts together. Try using parts from others and fiddle with it a little so that we can't tall where the parts are coming from. Though the shoulder armor just doesn't make much sense for said generic bandit with T-shirt ._.
