Very nice, though why does one sleeve (the one on our left) have a puffy thing while the other doesn't? Also, the shading on the right sleeve seems pillowed. Otherwise, I like it.

The sleeve on the right (our right) does have the flappy thing.

, the chunks are pretty obvious.
Also, on a more useful note, your outline colour also changes to black/near black on the body and you haven't transperantized the mug correctly.
He could use more shading where his hair falls on his face too.

Which part of where the hair meets skin needs shading? Underneath the Nils part, or up top, near where the scar ends?

to put more emphasis on what Vamp said:
just do some basic 4th shade, 3rd shape dots around the edges and it should be fine

He looks a little too much like the base sprite to me (Dragon boss, chapter 15 I think of Fe:6 amirite)
the hair on the right doesn't really add up because it seems to be bushy and then gets sucked under the headband.
I'm not the greatest spriter either though so... haha

I dunno, I've never played English FE6.
I did take a mug, some weird sounding dude. He is a wyvern-lord, but only his eyes are left.
The hair is alright IMO.

People really like using that body a lot...
On a side note your avatar is not completely transparent, you should probably fix it up (view it on the Apocament skin to see what I mean).
