last year really was atrocious for them wasn't it?

 

though I enjoyed some of their games anyway, but looking at it objectively compared to others and how they usually do... XP

 

also SEGA at the top, hahahah. thanks to their remasters/ports/whatever-they're-called (the 3D games they release for the 3DS and whatnot) and ATLUS' RPGs, methinkz.

Not to mention the fact that you can find all their sonic games and a nights game on steam.

 

I don't know three of those game companies. Hm.

 

I am satisfied that UBI Soft is at the bottom. I have a long-lived disliking for them since they killed one of my favorite series. (Petz.)

for me the only one I don't really know is Devolver Digital though I'm pretty sure I've heard of it, the rest I'm not necessarily fans of them per se but I'm familiar with them to various extents (like I couldn't tell you all the games Activision Blizzard published but I know they're responsible for Call of Duty and StarCraft haha)

I really have nothing against them, besides taking over a franchise that was a massive part of my childhood and then porting random Japanese games to America under the Petz name. And they're not even good games, either. It's taking a good series and ruining it by beating a dying horse.

D: haven't really heard of this so I don't know the deetz but sounds pretty lame. personally I'm not a fan of Ubisoft too, they do a lot of things thhat really aren't people-pleasers with all sorts of series, but that being said they do make some fun games sometimes so I like to keep an open mind and not hate on the devs/games just because the publisher is pretty lame. they don't make it easy tho, lol. and most people aren't like me and willing to put up with crap they don't like just for the diamond in the rough or what have you, XP

Oh, trust me. If they actually made a GOOD petz game, instead of the crap they've been publishing, I would snatch it up in an instant. I love virtual pet games in general, but nobody really tries to make good ones these days. They're all pretty shallow and have awful mechanics.

 

As for the companies I don't know, Telltale Games, Activision Blizzard and Devolver Digital are ones I don't think I've heard of.

Telltale games mostly makes Visual Novel games and the like. they're known for their story-telling and usually get solid if not great reviews.

 

Activision = CoD, Blizzard = Starcraft, World of Warcraft, Heroes of the Storm, etc., Activision Blizzard = parent of both, basically, AFAIK

 

Devolver idk they make stuff idc about lol
