Definitely not the right place for it.

Not too fond of the sigs, but then again I don't like sigs/banners in general. Anyway commenting on the Rath one, it's done well,
As said prior the headband color (or the clothes)would look better as the same color. And that green strap like thingy on his shoulder, recolor that the same color as Rath's hair. Just for the sake of the color limit.
(I know it's not being entered in a hack, but it's always nice to try and limit yourself with colors unless there's a reason not to)
