Aren't JRPG's a pain to hack, and is better if you make it from scratch usign RPG maker?

It was an enemy that is still in the game data, but wasn't included in the end product. You kill all eight dragons, and Czardragon appears.

Yes, and no.
Most JRPGs aren't that much hard to hack. ...unless we are talking about a few awesome companies like Capcom or(Best example back then) Squaresoft. They tend to use harder structures on ther porgramming, whatever the reason is.(Apparently something like they created their own program to "Unite all pieces of data", instead of just using nintendo's)
If it wasn't for the huge fanbases, games like Chrono Trigger and Final Fantasy 6 would be almost unhackable by common folk. ...thanks god that today apparently FF6 is not hard to hack, there are many hacks avaliable of it.
Want me to check on the technicalities of that? (Aka, if it is possible or not, and how hard?)

I would say GBA... Normally I find it easier to hack a system we know how works already. ...even though the SNES one must have way more documentation as of now.
Also, guys, if we get text and graphical hacking sorted out...wanna replace the current character rooster? ^__^

General Leo would be in, Dark Knight Cecil, Kain. xD Kensai, Dath, bblues added, whatever. xD
Also, I think if we can find utilities for FF6 advance, we should hack it, if not the SNES version as there's definitely a lot of programs for that.

Odd, the program is not working? O_o *Surprised, because he had used it correctly before, and he really was looking forward to hack FFT himself*
And we will need to gather some knownledge of how the SNES works. In the GBA I could edit the graphics manually, but still... Text should be hard. Any event change, nightmare. >.<
