You throw out about 20 or so awesome icons and call it a "couple" of simple "weapon icons"?
If you were a mercenary I'd so get a contract with you and your spriting skills.

Lol, I don't need any contracts, I was just complimenting you.
That loop at the end of Celeste's hair seems odd, perhaps because it's shaded only by one color, which although it is probably the proper way to shade it, just looks weird.
I'll give you credit for unqiueness with the freckles on one side of her cheek. XP

Mareeta looks well made. Now if there was a Fire Emblem 5 Advance... Xp
The feather on the alt costume looks redundant, like it's just there to be there. The armor is really good though. I think the face's shading is kinda light and bright and don't really understand where the light is supposed to be coming from, bottom left?

Oh my, what a great epic use of Forblaze (FE6 AND FE7, right? XD).
Did you make that battle template yourself? And I'm not just asking because it's awesome and my hacks need some custom battle templates >_>
