I got a question...has there ever been a battle sprite of a dragon mixed with a hero or something? Kinda like a hero or swordmaster with Dragon wings?I was going to import Myrrh's animation to go with it.ive been trying to find one for my hack i want to make, yet i cannot find one.If there isn't, would someone maybe take up the challenge of creating one?

Well William, it's not really a dragon. It's Katt (as you see in its picture it is a cat (tiger?) girl) that come from breath of fire 2. This form is obtain after merging her with 2 shamans (so it's more a tiger girl form (she had no wings in the game version) but well it's still better than doing a custom one (less work since all that need to be done is changing the stick weapon with swords/Axes, whatever you want and make her skin look more human). But it's truly a nice find.

i seen that one, but i cant open it up to get the animation out of it.It wont work with FEditor.

I study it and I think they took the dragon wing from a FE game, Katt body and legs when she is merged with the shamans and her arms with the stick when she isn't merged.

Katt is a combination of a Gargoyle and Mrryh. The attacking motion itself is a Gargoyle, but the wings and design are from Mrryh. The body portion looks mostly custom as does the staff.

Hmm...i would be more than willing to use it and recolor it, maybe modify it, but i cant get the animation

... It's an edited Garboyle from FE8.

They just edited the graphics. It's not technically a "custom animation".

Well, whatever.I figured out how to add more animations in my game without overwriting any Now to figure out how to get my dragon to transform...

sorry if i sound stupid...im still learning how to hack.I havent even learned how to change events yet...
But i will be fine with the default dragon animation for Myrrh. XP

Einherjar, I don't think he's looking for a dragon specifically, but one that has a dragon theme to it like Katt does, so kind of like a human with dragon wings and such?? The original post never asked for a custom animation, it asked for a hero mixed with a swordmaster/hero (which unfortunately, Katt was the closest I could find). The person who uploaded the video probably thought it was a custom animation as it is fairly good. It would be a great reference, I guess.

yeah, i was going to maybe try finding a Hero with Dragon wings and such.Maybe ill try my first splice and see how it goes And thanks William

Hey Sielrok, I've got good news. I took an interest in this sprite so I try looking into the game and was able to extract it.Since FE editor didn't work on this one FE hack, I tried to extract the graphic file with the GBA graphic editor . The only problem is the palette. I've got weird color and I don't know what kind to use. But I've got the sheet . If some one could help with the palette...

Hmm...i could try redoing the Pallette.Send it to me, and ill see what i can do
I tried getting it but had alot of trouble...stuff in the Japanese version is in different locations that in the English one...

wait...a battle animation? It would be someone with Black armor...like Boise(Is that his name?) From FE7

This is what I was able to extract. Since those are the battle frame, some graphics are kinda screw. I tried to do somethings about the palette but I didn't know how to find the original (see the youtube link in one of the first posts).



















I think there is a program that turn Red/Green/Blue color into GBA color but it didn't work for me. I hope you will have more luck than me for this.

hrm...im thinking about how to do this...itll have to be done manually, not through FEditor...and thanks for your trouble.
(I think the program is called FE Recolor.Thats the closest thing i have to that.)Im gonna poke around in the GBA Graphics editor and let you know what i come up with.
(EDIT)I cant get it to work.I cant figure out how to insert it into the game
