So doing weed is "normal"?

Just because YOU'VE never met anyone that drinks blood, that doesn't mean that there's anything wrong with it. Hell, I'm SURE you've had a bloody tooth before, and drank the blood. What? Do you think that anything that you don't know is "wrong"?

Weed is not naturally part of our bodies.

Blood is.

People drink water, and that's in our bodies too.

I never said it was normal. I said it's what I do.

Wine destroys the human mind. It gets people drunk, and causes them to do things they normally wouldn't. Blood KEEPS me in check.

People smoke. People rape. People murder. People steal.

I'm just drinking blood.

Don't sit there and act all perfect.

Seriously dude. I drink blood to keep myself in check. It keeps me from going on a murderous rampage. It keeps me from committing suicide. It keeps me in check.

Everyone has weird things they do to ease stress. Some people drink wine. I drink blood. Now please stop attacking over something you obviously know nothing about.

Drinking blood is only not normal within our culture. I believe it's the Masai people who drink blood for the nutrition. I'm not saying it's not weird, but you shouldn't condemn it when you aren't bothered by self-destructive practices and things like hunting. What makes killing something for its blood different from killing something for its meat, other than the amount of waste left behind? Especially since it seems arim doesn't leave the meat to waste.

However, arim, he is not condoning rape and murder.

Also, Howl, how do you know about the affects of drinking blood?

Aside from taking an interest in plenty of medical conditions and such, I enjoy knowing about random things like that.

On a more serious note, I had a bad experience involving a knife and 23 stitches along with some internal bleeding that led to me vomiting excessively along with a terrible migraine. I wondered how they were related and my doctor at the hospital explained it.

It's not their fault that they are being so ignorant, it's just human nature to be afraid (therefore tease) things that are different. Being gay, a black president, and native americans that performed rituals by sacrificing live humans were all different, therefore there were the simpletons that feared it. Just because something is Taboo in society doesnt make it wrong, and just because something ISN'T, like smoking cigs or drinking Alcohol doesnt make it right either.

Honestly, if you aren't accepting of his behavior which in no way harms anyone past the fact that he is getting blood from someone (who is a DONOR), then **** off. It's the people's conservative views like these that keep society so ****ed up. Seriously, he's explaining his problem, just wants some advice, not people telling him that he's a **** up and doesn't live his life correctly.

I'd like to back it up by saying: What is weird? What is normal?

The description varies depending on the person. You think drinking blood is weird, others think it's fine. You think that eating cold cereal is fine (just an example), others think it's weird. Due to this, they descriptions of normal and weird cancel each other out, all because of opinion. There are no FACTS as to what is normal, only opinions.

@Rijuo I wasn't trying to imply that he was condoning Rape and Murder. I was saying that there are people who DO approve of it. But it isn't right. Though I have to admit, you are a lot more patient than most.

I told him that now that I understand that he drinks blood because of a legit medical problem, that I don't care what he does, so ****ing drop it and quit attacking me over being a brony all the damn time.
