being able to perfect pivot that easily would benefit me a lot as an Ike player actually. It may not sound like a whole lot, but ike's tilts are absolutely devastating when you don't see them coming. And his fsmash comes out fast enough to hit after a perfect pivot as well if you time it well(anyone who has ever eaten an Ike smash should now realize just how scary that thought is). You're probably right in that it wouldn't benefit everyone though, only those dedicated to a character that can actually take advantage of super precise movement.
as a side note I sent an email to zero asking what he thinks about it, assuming he gets back to me I'll leave his reply here, if anyone is interested.
that's true. Ryo (an Ike player I recently learned about) does some good stuff with Ike despite his weaknesses just by being unpredictable, conditioning his opponents, and catching them off-guard. I'm not sure how good his perfect pivot is though, since everyone has different lengths they get out of it.
and that would be cool, but I'm assuming you didn't get a response? feel like ZeRo would be too busy, plus that also feels like a somewhat common question that I imagine he must have gotten many times by this point, haha.
