Guys, you are jumping unfairly to conclusions. Perhaps when he said 'sprite' he meant 'recolour' and was then insulted by all the criticism, so posted the second to see if we would criticize that too. In any case just wait for him to explain himself.

Agreed. Either way, he should know the difference between a recolor and an original if he managed to find that in the first place, should he not?

If he is not a native english speaker he wouldn't. Nor if he was super new to spriting. Not hard to type in "Fire emblem faces" into google and recolor without knowing what you're doing, as the first picture shows he didn't.

Naive. He had some well placed punctuation for a non English speaker... Of course he didn't say much, but either way, the difference is usually obvious. I'll keep my logic gaps and continue believing he is guilty.
