Character Name: Monkey D. Luffy
Display Name: Luffy
Standing: Stands straight up.
Idle: Looks around OR tightens fist and gets a serious face on.
Hold A/Continuous Tap A: Gomu Gomu no Gatling Gun (small damage at a fast rate, low knock-back)
Forward A: Gomu Gomu no Bullet, doesn't stretch much but is rather fast, has knock-back power of Captain-Falcon's forward A (med-low)
Up A: Quickly shifts his body and punches upward, barely stretches at all.
Down A: Shifts body and does a small kick, doesn't really stretch at all.
F-Smash: Gomu Gomu no Bazooka, his charge will be behind his back, as he charges it will stretch more and more however stretch extent won't be too long, has a huge flying impact, damage ranges from 17-28 (min-max charge).
Down Smash: Flips upside down, stands on one-hand, charges up leg in the back, when released he does Gomu Gomu no Muchi and spinds around attack opponents at low altitudes around him. Does anywhere from 12-23 (depending on where it hits, direct hits do significantly more). The knock-back depends on where it is hit, if opponent gets hit by the whole thing it sends them straight one direction but not significantly far, more of a medium distance (something like Diddy Kong's down-smash).
Up Smash: Gomu Gomu no Stamp upwards, charges leg, backwards, when he stretches his leg it can actually go pretty high and thus has a good range, if it hits from the side it has a smaller impact and goes in a diagonal direction, if it hits directly then it's power increases significantly. It can do anywhere from 13-26 damage.
B: Gomu Gomu no Rifle, he charges by spinning his arm and stretching it backwards, once released a huge force explodes and it sends the user straight forward with little verticle height. Damage inflicted depends on how much it's charged, ranging from 10-26 damage. What is special about this attack is that Luffy can run and charge it at once, as well as jump and attack. If he uses it in the air it does 10% less damage and once he is finished he falls back and goes into a partial falling state, where he doesn't have any jumps but can still use his up+B. If he uses it on the ground he is simply pushed backwards after sending the other person flying, the distance is minimal but depends on how much he charges it up. After the attack is a small delay that leaves him open.
Up B: This is used only as a recovery, he stretches his arm rather far (maximum distance is the distance that Sonic's up+B is) to grab the ledge. If the ledge isn't available but somebody is holding on (and isn't invincible), then he can grab the person instead, and he will rocket himself back to the ledge and the other person will be propelled into the stage and bounce back (which with enough damage can be a "stage spike"). If somebody is on the ledge and is invincible, then he ends up falling. :/ Damage is about 14-18.
Down B: Under the following conditions, Luffy can use Gear 2. He must have at least 100 damage or his shield must have broken once. Also, Luffy must have been in his current life for at least thirty seconds; if he is alive for one minute and then uses gear 2, gear 2 lasts for 10 additional seconds. If Luffy meets the requirements he has to pump his blood by holding this button. Once done enough, he will go to Gear 2, which will make him a lot faster and it allows him to use Soru. Soru is used by hitting Down-B, and will make him move fast enough so that he moves behind the enemy. His attacks get stronger by 20% as well and his idle pose becomes his fist pushing against the ground and his blood pumping (gear 2). Also, the words "Jet" are added to all of his moves and they are all executed slightly faster. He goes out of Gear 2 by using Soru a total of five times, if 15 seconds have passed, or if the enemy has been defeated. After he uses Gear 2 he goes back to normal and becomes slightly weaker (by 10%) and slightly slower until he is KO'd. NOTE: He must be on the ground to use this.
Side B: Gomu Gomu no Ami, where he tries to trap the user in a rubber net (leaving himself open) and if successful, he flips backwards (without moving horizontally, meaning it can't be used to SD) and then crushes the foe and releases them, sort of like Bowser's move except with a less high jump.
Aerial A: He spins around while streching his foot and then kicks around him, sending them horizontally, not a huge distance or damage (8-13). He doesn't stretch very far but just enough to make it a decent distance and not simply close-combat.
Side A: Luffy does a mid-air Gomu Gomu no Pistol, same as ground pistol but harder to hit with, it's a generally average move but weaker than it's ground counterpart.
Down A: Gomu Gomu no Yari, he stretches both of his feet down and ultimately spikes anyone who gets hit, unless they get hit on the side. It stretches significantly but can be dangerous due to a little bit of lag in the move.
Up A: Luffy sends a quick Bazooka upwards which propels himself downwards a tiny bit, can be dangerous if done in the wrong spot (if Luffy can't stretch and get back to the stage).
Grabs: He stretches his arm as much as necessary to grab, if there's nobody in range then he just does a quick grab. His forward throw consists of him holding the person with one hand and quickly using Gomu Gomu no Bullet to punch them away. His back throw is his strongest, where he turns around, stretches his arm, in the background, and then launches them, quickly stretching his arm back in place. His up-one simply throws the opponent upwards and is average. His down throw consists of him jumping up and smashing the person to the ground while balancing and holding them with one-hand, then letting the impact move them horizontally. It can be chain-grabbable up to 42 damage.
One good combo to do is to his down-throw while in Gear 2 and then use Soru to warp above them and use Yari to spike them down. It's possible to dodge but not easy, however the chance to do it is rare.
One big weakness is that Luffy's stretching arms can be grabbed if they are close enough to somebody. He can easily be shield-grabbed although his attacks wear out shields a lot.
Final Smash: Gear 3rd
Luffy goes into gear 3rd, blows up his leg, and either does Gomu Gomu no Ono or Gomu Gomu no Muchi. The attack covers a huge area but can be dodged by either moving vertically or horizontally (depending on the attack). If it hits, it sends them flying, usually killing at 35%. The side-effect of it is that after he does it he goes into a shield-breaker moment for about 2 seconds, of which he is slightly vulnerable (but considering that if the opponents DID dodge the attack, they're probably a far distance so it'll be hard to get much of an attack on Luffy before he recovers). The reason why he is slightly vulnerable is because that's how it is in the manga and anime, really. :/

The above image is how he appears in SSBB. The Below Image is how he appears in artwork for Golden Sun.
So, what would his attacks be?
His smash attacks would be a weaker, but faster version of Ike's Smash attacks, Isaac could perhaps have his weapon be a Mace, Axe, or Sword, doesn't really matter, since he can use all of those (He seems to be seen most commonly with a Sword, so that's probably what he'll be using.)
Here's where he becomes much more diverse. His Psynergy Techniques in GS are nearly unlimited, so he could really have many possibilties for moves. Since I'm forced to choose only 4 of them, I think I'll make his Psynergy work like the Pokemon Trainer: Down B will change "styles".
Intial Style: Earth/Fire Psynergy
Down-B: Style Change (to Wind/Water)
Side-B: Ragnarok. Summons and tosses a giant Earth-Elemental blade to impale the enemy. Functions as a projectile, with range slightly longer than Falco's Blaster.
Up-B: Planet Diver. Originally a mixture of Fire and Earth Psynergy, Isaac surrounds himself with Flame and uses the power of Earth to launch himself towards the foe. Doubles as a recovery move. Visually similar to a flaming version of G&W's "Fire!" Technique, aka the trampoline.
Stantard-B: Mother Gaia. Similar enough to Ike's Eruption, Isaac impales the earth with his blade, and summons a pillar of Molten Rock to damage the foe.
Alternate Style: Wind/Water Psynergy
Down-B: Style Change (to Earth/Fire)
Standard-B: Quick Strike. Uses the power of wind to slice through the foe at a speed faster than light. Very powerful, but laggy recovery afterwards. Similar to Meta Knight's "Cape Ambush" technique, but is still visible..as a blur of color and blade.
Up-B: Blitz. Uses the power of Lightning to propel himself upwards, and in doing so, shocks anyone who attempts to make contact with him. Functions similarly to Wolf's "Fire Wolf" technique, only with less lag before and after the technique.
Side-B: Chill. Throws a hunk of Ice at the foe. Can temporarily freeze the foe. Same range as Wolf's Blaster.
I was thinking of doing a Psynergy Style for each different element, but there's not enough recovery moves for Water or Wind. Plus, there's so many amazing Earth and Fire Psynergy moves, such as Helm Splitter, Flint, Core, Char, etc..
FINAL SMASH: He has four different Final Smashes, but only one can be used at a time. There's a 50/50 chance for Fire or Earth final smash in the initial style, and a 50/50 for the Wind and Water FS in the second style. They are as following:
Earth FS: Judgment. Isaac summons a giant, holy angelic knight to blast the entire stage with a powerful charged beam. Deals 35% damage, and will KO when you're above 50%. Can survive it at 45%. Hard to dodge, but hits everything. (Similar to Tabuu Wings, only one round is fired).
Fire FS: Meteor. Drops a gargantuan meteor from outer space upon the stage. Only hits a medium sized radius. 40% damage, KO's when over 60%.
Water FS: Boreas. A giant machine fires a swarm of Chilling Ice needles, while the bottom of the stage becomes water. Deals 25% damage, and makes the entire stage Ice. Everyone but Isaac is affected.
Wind FS: Thor. Uses the power of wind and lightning to suck the enemy towards Thor's Hammer, which emits periodic pulses of lightning. 10 Pulses total, 8% damage each. Hard to dodge, but since the pulses are very quick, you'll likely dodge half of them or so.
Bonus FS:
If you have maintained the smash ball for over 30 seconds before using it, there's a 33/33/33% chance for the initial two depending on the style, and thirdly..
IRIS. Summons a small portion of the sun's power, and disperses beams of light, randomly targeted. If it makes contact (the following is similar to Captain Falcon's function) the targeted enemies get dragged into space, hurled into the sun (mind you, still in the beams) and then hurled back towards the surface. Can kill at a mere 20%. Very hard to keep that smash ball for so long though >_>

Phoenix Wright from the Ace Attorney Series.
He has gained much popularity over the years with his famous "Objection"
Standard B, Suitcase: The name speaks for itself. He pulls out a suitcase and starts to hit people with it. It would have barley any range but some launch power of you hit them with the middle of the suitcase. The tip would just cause minimal damage and would only be effective as an interrupter.
Up B, The Flight of the Phoenix. Phoenix hurls himself into the air with his immense physical strength(Show too us in PW II Justice for All) and spreads his arms like a bird that cause damage.
Side B, HOLD IT: He stuns the person in place for a set amount of time. Depending on how much percent they have is the amount of time they stay stunned.
Down B, TAKE THAT!: Phoenix uses his attorney badge as a reflector and reflects projectiles backs at his opponents.
Final Smash, OBJECTION!. Phoenix Wrights signature phrase, OBJECTION!, Would affect players around Phoenix(Like Luigi's "Negative Zone"). He yells "OBJECTION" and when everyone around him is affected they all get hit by a judges gavel. And then the on the screen the words "Guilty Appear" They are then sent to their deaths. Of course if it hits every player in the game. The gavel gets weaker, And every once in a while, a lucky character will not be killed but rather a "NOT GUILTY" will appear and they go back to 0%.

New Character!
Name: Rob Lucci
Display Name: Lucci
He is Rob Lucci of CP9 from One Piece. He barely loses to Luffy. He's a close-combat user for the most part but is also a Rokushiki master, meaning he has mastered the 6 abilities.
Intro: Rob Lucci comes in with Soru* with his bird on his shoulder. The bird flies off the stage and he gets into stance.
*(a move where a user kicks their feet against the surrounding air or ground in order to accelerate themselves to the point that they usually cannot be seen but rather disappear and then reappear somewhere else, like Instant Transmission from DBZ)
Basic A moves: Consist of simple punches and kicks. The exception is his F-tilt, which is him using a weak version of Shigan, one of the 6 rokushiki arts. It has minimal impact.
F-smash: Shigan-- One of the 6 rokushiki arts. He gets in stance, charging up, and then uses Soru instantly to get right up to his opponent (provided they are in range) and then uses two fingers to stab them. The impact has more power than a gun. It doesn't send them greatly far but has a slightly bigger effect than a normal attack on a shield and sends them more horizontally than vertically (which is useful). It does around 12-17 damage. Also, before sending them flying, there is a huge impact and only after he finishes do they leave.
D-Smash: Also uses a kick but simply kicks around him.
U-smash: Also uses an upwards kick. Doesn't have great strength and doesn't have major range.
B: Rankyaku-- One of the 6 Rokushiki Arts. Kicks the air and creates a slicing blade that travels along the ground. The move can be done twice in a row if pressed twice. After the kick is a small delay leaving him open. In the air, the move goes diagonally. On impact it pushes the opponent back a little along with the normal being hit thing, and then it disappears, doing 10-12 damage.
Up+B: Geppou-- One of the 6 Rokushiki Arts. Kicks the air below him in order to levitate him. Has the same distance as a normal jump. When done consecutively it's done in a sort of diagonal form. He does not leave himself completely open by using this move because he also uses Soru meaning he "disappears" in between the jumps. It can be done upto 6 times meaning he has a great jump however he can still be edgehogged and edgeguarded. Also, if knocked back and he's say, already used the move 4 times, he can still only use it 2 times (it'll go back to 6 once he touches the ground).
Down+B: Tekkai- One of the 6 Rokushiki arts. Lucci's body becomes as hard as steel. In this mode he does not flinch but still takes 50% of normal damage. After a certain period of time or attacks the Tekkai "breaks" and there is a delay before the player has control (meaning Tekkai abuse = fail). While done in the hair, it makes him fall faster but is also useful since he can't be hit back. Tekkai's effect is halved against final smashes (meaning he breaks easier, he can be sent flying, and it's only a 25% decrease).
Side+B: Soru-- One of the 6 Rokushiki arts. Similar to the Star Fox people's side+b, except it does no damage and he's completely invincible while moving for the split second. He starts by jumping, disappearing in an instant, and reappearing a set distance. The move can also be canceled or after he reappears he can go into a dash without delay (but only on the ground). When done in the air it's similar to Geppou except he goes straight forward. In the air the move can only be used once but he doesn't go into freefall afterwards. If he does it off stage he doesn't die, he'll just go a little off stage and can use Geppou to get back.
Ground Dodge: Kamie-- One of the 6 Rokushiki arts. It's a dodging technique in which he becomes "as thin as a paper". Yes, a dodging move has it's own name; in the anime, he's almost impossible to hit in this state.
Air attacks: Mostly just kicks and stuff. He doesn't really use too many punches.
FS: He uses Soru within a certain range, transforms using the Neko Neko no Mi, and grabs up to 2 people. He uses his tail from when he transforms and tightly squeezes them. Afterwards, he places his two fists upon the people's chests, and uses the ultimate Rokushiki move: Rokougan, Six Queen Gun. A HUGE impact appears, but the enemies don't flinch just yet, but receive about 60 damage. Then they are sent flying at tremendous speeds and it kills at 20 damage. xP

Every time he hits somebody (even if he just moves), he performes his final smash, which you see in the image above. It causes a scene between him and the other character to occur. The other character will attack him and scream something like "Die, you mofaka!" and then you'll hear him scream "no u!" and the other character will die due to the arm that comes out of his mouth bitch-slapping him mercilessly.
He doesn't even need to destroy that orb-thingy to be able to use his final smash.
