Do you ever liked the idea, what would happening, if the pokemon would play the role of the trainer and the trainer a pokemon? Well now it's your lucky day, because I have enough time, hacking skills (with several ruby, saphire rom hack tools) and inspiration. It will be a more sarcastic parody of a pokemon game, that's sure^^

I can totally see like different personalities/traits attributing to different element types (angry people = fire, calm people = water, growing people = grass, normal people = normal, gothic people= dark, insane people as dark, psychological people = psychic, tough/fighting people = fighting, tough/construction people = steel, excavators and geologists = rock, enviromentalists = grass or ground, hyper people = electric, badass people = dragon, kind and helping people = flying).

Thats an interesting idea. I know that a few people were playing around with the sprites of the pokemon to make them more human. I think it was called Meomon, or something close to that. But that was never really finished, I don't think.
Still, let me know when you get this done, I HAVE to try it.

Yes it's called Moemon, and theirs another one called Tohomon and these 2 games are finished but these are just refaced hacks.

but I tried to download Meomon Fire red, and it only worked part way. After choosing your Meo, it crashed.

I can just show some pictures. but their are some videos/pictures/download links on Youtube and Google, just search for it.
In Tohomon the Pokemon look completly like humans.
In Moemon they look like a fusion between human and Pokemon.
