Léijen, a unit under command of Nickt.
Aoto, a flyer under instruction of Gryffin.
Reikon, son of Yu?Ki, he was originally blonde but his mother got her hair colour changed so I changed his hair colour to his dad's.
Lynch, also went under a hair dying process due to family reasons, basically his mother was finally chosen and I didn't want to change his brother's hair, so i changed his to match his mother's to show there is a link. As for who Lynch's brother, mother and father are, I'm not spoiling.
Gurenn. (Is the Head Commander of the Army and reports to Prince Sora, he commands Sigmund, Nickt and Vice.)
Sarah. (Is currently involved with Masa.)
Young => Old.

Gakku, one of the Sage Council, he is the one of 3 who reveals to Nickt his condition and confines him.

Yu?Ki, tactician to Nickt's ally and fellow captain; Vice.

Yyazmut, brother of Gryffin.

I think I may have made Vice's hair worse...
Winter, this sprite makes me hate FE8 palettes.

I think Vice's hair could use slightly less thick shading, specifically on the bottom left, although it might be hard to work that out (you might need to change the shape of the hair, in fact...).
I like Winter though, and aside from Yami's shirt, eyes, and the random white pixel in the background on the left, he/she/it doesn't look too bad his/her/itself.
Excuse me for not commenting on all of them, I've lost motivation. *sigh*

Also putting terrain in the corner of maps, like grass and mountains, is a cliche that people use that often times looks bad. Just putting that out there.
Thankfully you use multiple types of forests, and the cliffs are good, and the general map design is pretty good overall.
Oh, sorry in advance if you didn't want any critique. Heheh, bad habit of mine. >_>

I was looking at Spykor's topic and noticed Seph posted a 3 way splice for him to do, I was bored so I did it too, I believe the set was Hugh(Ray? Idk which one is which), Echidna and Syrene.

I tried to lower it and no luck, changed some things, still no luck. Flipped it, and thought it was cool, so yeah, I worked with it, and this is what I got.
Decided just to give Malneir a palette change.
2nd map. A town that Nickt and co. go to on their Purge, due to majority of the country folk moving inland to the Capital, the towns on the outskirts have shrunk and reduced their walls and closed up houses, as you can see in this map, by the "closed offness" and the broken house and town tiling in the top right. The random paths are because they have to go multiple times a day in those directions to get supplies to sustain life. (Meat, fish, water, wood.)
