Ya I watched it a lot as a kid but I lost interest a little while after they hit 250 pokemon. And yea I mean at first Ash sucked ass, rarely evolved his pokemon (other than Charmander who evolved fast as hell) and yet even with his tiny unevolved pokemon he beat gym leaders with high level highly evolved pokemon. What's up with that?

All the same reasons I stopped watching as well. I remember I laughed at Ash during the first movie.

I watched the first movie but not any of the others. And it was funny when he was petrified, although I have to admit it was sad when cute little Pikachu cried.

I used to watch it; but only in the first season or so (I never even finished it, I vaguely remember a machop and a dark alley)
I loved the games, but never actually owned any except Pokeman Stadium and Yellow, since I never actually had a gameboy (I played Yellow via the controller adaptor thing for Stadium).
Although, I've emulated/played them all by now.
As for the cards, yeah..I had a Charizard as everyone else did, but did nobody else ever realize how awesome Vileplume was? It could kick some serious ass.

I disliked the card game. I always hated needing energy cards to attack. I always ended up never being able to attack and kept losing.
I liked Yugioh cards over Pokemon cards.
Charizard? ZOMG! A FIRAH BREATHIN' DRAGON!
I never got the Charizard card I believe. I prefer Normal Pokemon over the card game.

i watcheded pokemon after they got to maye. i thought it got stupider stupider. Some of the story lines were great. But most of them didnt really have much of a reason to be there. But i think that really ruin it for me was this one website that my friend got me to go on. It was so funny and so weird that the show didnt have much of my interest anymore. but i think that ash is such a manwhore for the simply that he is always traveling with a new girl and that it was had to start with a "m" name. Expect for Dawn who is in the series that is one right now. (the only reason why i know that is because my friend dawn was telling me the other day about the new character in pokemon because itwas the same as her name) so ya. but i think that the games are the shit yo. they are so entertaining with all the pokemon ness and all the thing that you have to get to get the things that you know and what not. but i think the games were better because i dont know why i just think it is........ i wrote alot. okay!

I used to watch it a lot as a kid. Then when it stopped airing at a time where I WASN'T in school, that's where it declined. I eventually just grew out of it (but not the games. <3 )

Did I? Well... sort of. I guess it's been around for, what, 11 years now? I vaguely remember watching it when it first came out. I liked Digimon better though. When it got canceled, I had to go to a mountain cabin to reach enlightenment and change my name to Buddha watched some Poke`mon to kill time, and liked it. I watched it well into my teens, actually, partially for lulz and partially cause I felt like it. Do I, now? ... No. But my kid does.
