Basically, this is an editor for portraits and text, as well as game script. It's made by Zeld, an amazing advanced hacker and programmer. Okay, so first, download and unzip the file (download winRAR, google it). Open any of the Execute FE files and load up your rom. If you get an error, ignore it and continue. Okay, instead of writing some huge tutorial, I'll give the description of the menus.
File-Open:This opens the rom
Save/Save As:These create a new rom with the changes you have made.
Close:Closes the rom.
Exit:exits.
Find and Replace:This searches for texts in the game and replaces all of the specified terms with the words you put in. Useful when editing names.
Script:Dumps and inserts the game script.
Tools: Portrait Editor: Lets you insert portraits and fix alignment on the spot.
Text Editor: Basically, its a smaller version of the parser.

Gonna add to tutorial directory, added the fact that Zeld/Xeld is the creator, also fixed up title, also, don't upload other people's things without permission, that's bad. D:
