It refers to the people who emphasize a low turn count for each playthrough to prove their strategic superiority.
Yes, you get it through the mine glitch, which is basically the same thing as the enemy control glitch in FE8 only you trigger it differently. (I found the latter more useful back when I was playing FE8 on my GBASP because there's no other way you're getting Myrrh to not run out of Dragonstone uses and thus becoming totally useless just leveling up.)
Yeah, dragon-type characters like Fa/Myrrh being OP but having limited uses yet needing to be trained greatly was always a little uh... idk, odd, in terms of design or something. if they at least had enough uses to really get into the heat of battle, it'd be one thing, but all you can do is try to conserve your weapon uses, really. >_>'
Oh...
.... I never understood those people, and how they do it. I'm one of those who takes my time. <<;
I also prefer to take my time, I think a lot of people do, lol. I guess there's a little extra thrill and strategy in trying to be quick though, it forces you to do more than just play defensively/turtle in various cases (though I think part of having good map design is coming up with incentives to not just do that and slowly push out at a comfortable pace, XP).
