I meant the Visit option never popped up. And the level and allegiance are both contained in the 0x14 bit; the available level/allegiance combinations have their own hex IDs which you can look up using Nightmare. I think that one's Level 2, enemy, not auto-leveled.
My code works now. How'd I fix it? Used the template and copy pasta'd my events into it. I have no flipping clue why that solved the issues, since my syntax had all been correct before. I'm guessing there's some aspect of the syntax that I was missing, like the order in which my events were present in the code and the lay-out and number of pointers I had mattered. If anyone knows more specific details about this sort of thing, I'd be interested in learning them.
I'm gonna give you the normal hacking answer. Ahem.
Hacking is wierd
Nah really though, sometimes things just fail and when you try to insert it again it works.
Yeah I pretty much agree with you that people need to stop complaining when something isn't 100% compatible with their ideals. I mean if something is offensive or portrays something extremely wrong, then yes it's ok to complain, but complaining because it wasn't portrayed at all is very... self centered I guess. The fact that people also listen to them just gets me even angrier, like just because they're complaining they have to be right, no one ever complains about things that aren't real problems.
On another note, since this is about media in general... Isn't it the point of things like video games, movies and literature to show you some new story that can get you thinking? Wouldn't it help this purpose if the world didn't have the same ideals as you? If you basically read something that followed all the pretty little rules about everything, you'd probably stop reading/watching/playing after an hour or two. The things that surprise you are the ones that really hold on to you, and the things that get you to see the world in a different light (in other words, that show it in a different light) are the ones that are worth experiencing, why would you want to get rid of that?
Happy to help
Maybe it has to do with the palette order? Make that the palette in the top right corner is in the same order in all the images. You can also use Usenti to make sure that there are only 16 colors.
I don't really know muh about making animations so sorry if this is all wrong. Maybe try asking June since she inserted a mage animation a while back.
Umm so try maybe taking out some of the images that you are using in your script, maybe there's anpalette error in one. Given what FEditor is telling you, it might be an error in how your script it written, maybe you're missing a line of code or you have an extra line, you try takimg things out until the animation works (remeber to make back ups)?
Again sorry if this is all completely useless information, luck with hacking .
This is actually the game I'm the most excited for. The combat looks cool, the game looks amazing, and the robots are sooo cool. I'm having some serious Zoids flashbacks (I loved that series BTW) I really hope you can have some sort of interactions with the machines, like (and this is very wishful thinking) maybe teaming up with some of them.
The machines are pretty much a "new" nature, man has a history of taking "nature" over like with the domestication of animals so maaaaaaaaybe there will be some domestication of machines? That would be awesome.
I don't really play online games/competitive games, so I don't know about trash talking with people I'll never meet or someone I know very little about. When I play local Smash or CoD with my friends however we insult each other for everything we do like, last time we played I started joking that all Friend A does is keep me from killing Friend B (The match then ended and Friend A had killed ONLY me 6 times, so it turned out to be true. Still won XD). We basically spend 5 minutes insulting each other and then laughing about how true/false it is when the match is over.
When we play CoD Friend A literally carries us because Friend B and me don't play very often, ergo he insults us and we both laugh. There's nothing really hostile about it, though I don't know how it would feel if this was someone I didn't know at all. Soooo basically I guess depends on who I'm playing and where I'm playing them.
I'd read about his guy and I agree with you, it's really fucking low of him. Also it feels so... not even immature at this point, it jsut feels useless. Like what is the point of this, why are you even doing it? It's not like it's funny or is a harmless prank. You're wasting valuable time, money, resources, stressing people out, just because you don't like women streamers? I mean how messed up do you have to be to do that, and then smile as you're pleading guilty to it?
