Hey that's great! You did a really good job on the hair. |
Thank you, Cheshire! I'm sorry that the head turned out small though. D:

I wanted to give you a few pointers for your drawings, I hope that it's alright.
I'm going to use your picture of Rukia you did for me.
First of all; I'd like to compliment you on your choice of position. Using her profile actually suits her personality well as well as her expression. Like I said earlier, I think you did a really good job on her hair, I'm quite impressed.
Now onto the critique:
The eyes should probably be raised. They are awfully close to the bottom of the nose. Remember that the eyes are positioned on level with the bridge of the nose. Also, notice the eye I provided off to the left. Since Rukia is facing away or because it's her profile, the eye should reflect that. You would have to give it the appropriate angle and you would see less of the iris and pupil.
The other thing I marked on the image that you should consider is the chin. The length from the tip of the chin and where the jaw and neck meet looks too long. To be honest, if you simply brought the neck forward and raised the back end of the jawline it would fix that problem.
The last thing I will mention is to keep in mind the position of the ear. Missing anatomy will be recognizable. I don't think you should be able to see Rukia's ear because her hair covers it, but it's always a good idea to familiarize yourself with it.
There is no need to go back and redraw anything (not to say that you would), but this is just for future reference.
Keep at it and have fun with your future projects!

Gee, i know sarcasm travels poorly over the interwebz, but that one was just obvious. xD |
Anyway, um, like hi guys. Yeah, sorry that I haven't posted anything in a few days.
Gonna take a break for a few days so that I can get my mojo back. Again, GIVE ME REQUESTS FOR CRYING OUT LOUD. I'm desperate.
