Rose nodded slowly when she heard a sudden sound. Looking down, she saw an arrow between her feet. She turned and saw several bandits, several of which were carrying bows. Cursing, she took out a lance. This was getting quite annoying. People just kept seeming to pop it out of nowhere. But if she could use these "rebels" as shields and quickly leave, she could leave and not even have to deal with them. Rose gave a slight smile of triumph as the plan started to form in her mind.
