Here is my desktop. I don't put many games on the comp seeing as how the computer isn't exactly a gaming computer. I usually change to a new game when I get bored so for now I'm playing Diablo II when I don't feel like playing other games.

how do you know the contents are actually pirated? no evidence... who knows maybe its an inside joke.

i find a great joke to play on my dad is to rename all the folders on his desktop

Depends on your definition of clean though, I mean, I consider my desktop to be clean because as although it has icons and folders on it, they are organised on the screen, while your version of clean is empty haha
