This is the one that is more recent with more "fixes"... maybe... dunno if it really improved it...

Though in that little pathway near the middle of the map... shouldn't it be an armory? As well as those "house" tiles also?

Yup, just like Shadow said, what stands out after a detailed review are the now-fortified houses. The lake too, I don't know... I don't suppose you could make it bigger? Because it seems too small as it is, like just a bunch of river corners together...not as big as the lake in the original, at least. You could also, like the original,add more tiles with a different colored kind of grass around the lake(One which matches the color on the grass on the corners of the lake would be perfect)


The bridges on the right seem quite spaceful if you ask me. XP I understand you intended them to be closer to the original, but having such wide bridges in one side and smaller on the other wouldn't make a whole lot of sense. XP Unless those were for carts or something like that. <.<


And last bit, that map is one I would really love playing in. XD Good move by adding those extra trees close to where the blue mounted troop should be. It is well done, no repetitive pattern of tiles that I could spot so far.




And the mugshot...seems perfect, aside one obvious detail. >.> I completely agree with you, hairs are, indeed, a bitch. XP The shading doesn't help denoting the volume of the hair over the shoulder, as well as it makes his hair flow in a weird way over his face. The area just after the hair splits is very green, it could use some shading, perhaps making not all lines on his hair start at a similar line, and pull some of them up to fill it a little, giving it some more naturality. I hate to use this term, for I think it adds little to nothing, but it is "pillow shaded", and unfortunately the green shows it pretty strongly.

Wish I could help you more, but I too wouldn't have any other solution to that other than trying to splice something somewhat similar and patch similar parts from it over the parts you feel are the wrongest, and working my way from there. ...again, it is awesome in all other parts, really.

Cress is done! Well, my version, anyway. The only other version I saw didn't look anything like Cless/Cress, trust me...



Since I didn't want to use that I had to use my version which although it isn't fantastically better, I think it's decent enough. . I got the colors from the first reference linked below and I based the hair off of the 2nd.

Hair in FE is of course hard to do without a good reference angle. :\

If anyone's curious, I used Wil, Forde, Kent, Guy colors from 1st reference, and a whole lot of custom (much of the hair, headband is part custom, the front of the armor).

The only thing I need IMO is to capture the look of his eyes (eye of the tiger) and he'll be worthy of framing and whatnot. Some touch-ups might be necessary as well.

Ok, here. Basic request, and a fast one at that. Simple splice done with a few requests in mind, and that head to fix. Tried to keep it as close as the original floating head. The eyes are the ones in that image, slightly fixed of course.

Nice sprites, Ryan, although Raptory looks too much like Dodrio, you should spice it up to make it less recognizable.

And this is the mug I plan on using in the FER. I know he doesn't look like a warrior, but at least he looks like he deserves his 13 con. XD

Fun fact, this version is a little old, the one I have in my HD now has actually 13 colors + background. ...I am considering perhaps using those extra colors somewhere.
