I'm not sure if I posted it here but I DID finish chapter 11 a while ago. Well now it's Thanksgiving Break so I actually have time to do stuff and yesterday I finished chapter 12! Not to mention I had a TON of glitches and problems that I had to solve and it delayed the game.

Looks good, I'll probably get to playing this because I'm bored of FE4, FE3 and Gaiden aren't holding up either.

If you do have tons of MIDIs, put them in a ZIP or RAR (preferably RAR since those take less space) and send them over and I'd love to make use of some.

Edit: Oops, didn't see the description. Nevermind. xD
Edit2: I don't see a patch for 2.7.0 on the first page, so I'm assuming the patch gets released at a certain time.

- I like to have credits at the end, and a nice ending to the game so far, I don't want to have to do that for every new patch, too much work
- Need betatesting
- I usually add things at the end of my patches, like more custom music, additional graphic changes, hard mode, etc.
- I like lengthy patches and I don't believe in constant updates to patches. I'd release the entire game at once but the work load becomes far too much and I don't get the motivation of people playing games/commenting and what not, etc., so I do it in average parts.
On a side note, a patch should be up by chapter 15, and then a pre-endgame patch after that, and then the final release, due by the end of the year, or maybe winter break of 2010. Chapter 15 release is due by winter break.
That being said, I finished the events for chapter 13 today, I just have to do units, touch-ups/fix-ups, and then chapter 13 is done (aside from text). I'm going to do the same thing up to chapter 15, and then from the time after thanksgiving break to winter break I will be inserting music, doing graphics, and formatting/inserting scripts, and then I'll finalize a patch during winter break.

Chapter 13 Map with Units (Map by Exxucus):

There ARE a few errors on the map visual. I had a hard time putting the screenshots of the game together nicely. The game isn't actually messed up a little like the map screen, please excuse it.
If you haven't seen the chapter 12 screenshots, check them out, and once you're done viewing screenshots, check out my video.

Hello, Blazer! I've only just heard of this hack, and I haven't done all my reading yet, but I would very much like to have some involvement in it. What can I do? How can I establish myself in this wonderful fantasy world you've created? |
Absolutely nothing, sadly.

@Grant Strafes Valiance-- You could help with the hacking. Which is always appreciated. Giving your support by commenting on screenshots, actual playing of the hack, and videos is great. Subscribing to my youtube channel is helpful. xP
But, I'm afraid I cannot let you have a character. There aren't any slots nor are there even chapters to put you in at this point. ATM There are like 2-3 new characters a chapter on average, sometimes more, and there are other reasons too. I've already denied several others before you. I'm sorry.
@Mercenary again, please don't talk on my behalf. Especially when you're not completely informed about what you're talking about...
Thanks. I greatly appreciate it.

Blazer, keep up the good work!

Anyway, thanks a lot for the compliment. The idea is that it IS a new Fire Emblem game. As for people dying, don't rush the game. Things aren't supposed to be really quick and easy. In chapter 5 the mages are kinda tough. Use Siegfried's Nothung weapon which is super effective against magic units. Also, Arthur is good to use against Shamans. Clear out the enemies around you first, then slowly go through the hallway and try and not take on too many enemies at once.
Some reinforcements are going to come mid-chapter, so just wait where you are and hold out until all the reinforcements are gone. Then heal yourself and head towards the boss and the chests. There is a special way to get to chapter 5x in the game but you have to find out yourself if you want to get there. That's about all there is to it.

The maps are amazing because (most) of them are by Exxucus and Swordsalmon. Exxucus is like, a professional map spriter. He beats the original maps sometimes. Swordsalmon is pretty good too. My real trouble chapter was 5x. Those Nosferatu shamans pissed me off by every end. Then there's the killer lance, million lance users and the fact that you dont have an axeman. You have only one Lancereaver. Would you even want to use the entire thing this early?

Mercenary, you're not SUPPOSED to try and charge them in chapter 5x. Only stay alive long enough that the enemy gives up... :\ I hope you're not like seph1212 who tried to be slick... hahah... lulz.
