Fee's neck looks bent backwards. Or maybe she is leaning back?
I like the second guy. Whatever his name is, I really like it.

Okay, so, not too many people were impressed with the Fee...

So.

I made another one, based more off her manga/card art:


Now, give me some critique, but don't tear me apart, since this is the first time I've done custom trims.

The trims look pretty good, but I think you can do with less neck guard.

She looks kinda manly with that armor. It looks a bit too big for her.

But just critiquing the armor itself, it looks pretty good. The gems look like they're all facing different directions. The thing holding the middle gem looks awkwardly angled as well. For the near shoulder pad, it looks like there is too much third shade on it.

I agree. Looks like some manly armor, but it is pretty manga/card art specific. (I can supply the references is anyone wants).

I tried to fix up the neck guard, making it look more like the actual reference.

Dunno what I can do about those jewels. I'm thinking about shrinking the ones on the left and right, since they aren't as big as the middle one in the reference.

Also, tried a little to fix the angle on the neck guard, and I think I tackled the shading on the right shoulder.

Opinions?

I would like to see the reference art.
I think the armour looks better now, but maybe, too big? I can't quite put my finger on it. If I see the art I might notice it better.

Though it is a definite improvement, IMO.

So, I didn't use the second one for the armor, at all.

Ok, I think that her left should pad (our right POV) has been made too big.
And that it may be worth trying the design of the neck guard from the art that doesn't have jewels on the armour.
(Or maybe I'm just nitpicking on the neck thing)

.....It might be just me but....it looks as if Haru's hair is just pasted on, like a wig. >_O

As for fee, I think it's the close pad that needs to shrink a bit more.

New Seph again. Looks a lot better than the old one. (Not the older version, mind you. The older young version.) It looks good, cause I got some help from the bros at FEND on it =D

And by help I mean they tore it apart until I made it look decent.
