You can do anything with Scars. You can scar the whole face to make it look burned. It doesn't matter the size or position of the scar. The thing that does matter is that it blends with the skin. It needs more of the fourth skin shade to help blend. I liked the first position and size better. Also, take away the vertical scar...it is a little...distracting from the look.

Well, the shoulder pads are facing awkward directions unlike the face. Canas' cape doesn't seem right there with the loop of cloth it has.
The face seems awkwardly shaded for some reason.

I was going to say, the face shading looked fine to me.
Besides the angles and what seems to be poor shading on the shoulder pads everything else looks great, it looks significantly custom, I like it a lot for some reason.
If you need me to elaborate on the shoulder pads I can fix it up and show you a tiny improvement on them and you can mimic it on your own to get a feel for what I'm talking about.

Oujay's mug is facing a different way so that make his shoulder pad awkwardly positioned when on a mug that is facing different than Oujay's mug. Which basically equals every mug.

You would have to edit the pad via some customing so it faces the right way.
Or just throw it in a edit shop.

Wow, that Cloud mug is amazing. The expression doesn't really strike me as Cloud but that's it.

That's an awesome splice? Hmm well with no customing I guess it's pretty good, but it deviates greatly from what I think could be done with a bit of editting here and there, think editting the hair a bit might help.

As said previously the expression doesn't match the character you're trying to make, the hair also seems to just be Chad's and customing/splicing it with other hairs may yield a better result.
If you want specifics try reshading the area between the hair and head, lessen the ugly blocks of color (ear)
Try smoothing the joint between the shoulder and neck, I mean it looks lumpy and off,
