You can't use someone else's sprite like that. Since you didn't make it yourself you lack the right to use it in anyway. Similarly because it's not my sprite and I don't have permission to touch/use it I can't do anything with it or else I'd have to ban myself for sprite theft.
"Sprite theft" is the term for using another person's sprite without permission or claiming another person's sprite as your own. XP
I've seen that somewhere but I can't remember where... urgh, if I remember, I'll tell you who made it, and then you can ask them for permission to use it.

I can understand the neck part although there's not much I can do about it (I'm not trying to make excuses, I'm just not a good spriter), colors are something that can't be changed, if a person is supposed to be a way she's supposed to be a way, you know how that is. Her hair being pink has game significance, the blue part I might be able to do something about although I'd rather not... she has to wear dark colored clothing regardless.
The hair is IIRC spliced on from like Louise or something... it's been forever since I made her. Blame the original sprite artists.

Awesome Eliwood "Alpha rain" sword attack! (or whatever it's called.) It looks really good, except for his last upward slash seems a bit off. Maybe make him move slightly forward while slashing? I don't know.

Not for sure, but that seems like bringing her hair in front will help take away from the "skinny-neck" look. Your choice, though. Oh, sorry, I copied and pasted from another forum and didn't even mention.
I did NOT make the portrait. Someone else did. I made the battle sprites based off of the portrait. Like BwdYeti, I'm not very good at portraits, but I can do battle sprites (I'm hardly half as good as BwdYeti though XD).
Man I gotta remember important things like that. Sorry. D:

His neck is too beefy for his body, and the darkest shade on his
cloak is too dark. It shouldn't be darker than the border color.

A custom battle animation I made for Tactics Universe. It doesn't match up to some of Dei's or BwdYeti's sprites, but it does it's job.

I make sprites and sigs, but since no one tend to criticize or even comment on them, I tend to not have the motivation to post them. For your sprite, you probably want to have him walk back after he's hit the enemy. Speaking of FEU, I have some improvements of some of the mugs, I'll PM them to you later if you want to use them.

Looks really good, Blazer! His critical attack looks intense, man! Anonymous(Bloodfalcon?) has a point about him moving back after attacking, however. The only other thing that I think could be cooler would be if he held his left arm (non-sword arm) differently when he is standing there - does that make sense? What I mean is I think he would look cooler if his (non-sword)arm wasn't just sticking straight out when he is in his standing position.
But hey, you're better than I am, so I don't have much room to criticize. After seeing this, however, I feel inspired to work on more spriting again - if only I didn't have to work 40+ hours a week, I could probably find more time. Then again, I should be grateful for even having a job in this economy, right?

I meant in the attack where he jumps and and hits the enemy he doesn't walk back afterwards, so it wouldn't be fluid.
