Watching Arslan Senki, Sakurako, K: Return of Kings, Seraph of the End, Gochuumon wa Usagi desu ka?? (mostly because I bothered to go through the first season), Comet Lucifer, and YGO Arc-V. Tried the first episode of Gakusen Asterisk or whatever, and the first episode of Concrete Revolution. Will detail out somewhat more later. Might try Kekkai Sensen for no reason other than how much people were lamenting over the lack of ending until recently.
Got up to the end of the Shindura arc in Arslan Senki. It pretty much re-affirms that this is the closest thing to a Fire Emblem anime you will ever get. (Yes, I know there's an OVA.) I don't feel like there's much to talk about because of the generic nature of the plot and how it doesn't bother to emphasize on the characters in it though. You just watch it to see people kill each other in war more or less. And politics stuff or whatever I suppose?
Sakurako is giving me mixed feelings. Both the show and the character. I hate the male MC by proxy of how he reminds me of Takanashi Souta, a.k.a. nagging "mature" person of the group that's a loliminicon. I have no interest in murder mysteries and it actually seems like bones won't even mean anything other than giving you some trivia about them and them being used as murder mystery clues, but it does seem to imply something bigger than what's currently happening so there's that I guess. As for Sakurako herself, in spite of her appealing qualities other things about her hit close enough to home to find her not particularly engaging. Also her disregard for being sanitary bothers me more than it should.
K: Return of Kings continues the #swag but absolutely forces you to rewatch the first season if you haven't done so recently as it is extremely reliant on you knowing what shit happened last time over, along with all the special terminology and so on.
Seraph of the End, less gay, somewhat more srs bzns. Will have to watch more episodes to make a better judgment.
Nothing worth mentioning about Gochuumon.
Comet Lucifer is also giving me mixed feelings. It's kind of funny how they seem to be going out of their way to make everything as coincidental as possible for the good guys. Did not know it was supposed to be a mech show, and while at first I liked the main character mecha I stopped liking it after it was shown what its...compact form is. Nothing against the mecha design though. Also I hate the main girl's eyebrows.
YGO is the usual. Also a main character crashed into a building from a motorcycle after being tossed off the street.
Gakusen Asterisk is something I will only be able to bear watching when it's completed if anyone says it's any good, as the MC does not have Kirito's voice.
Concrete Revolution looks like something other people will like a lot that I will have no interest in whatsoever.
please. I didn't watch the movie or whatever for K and I'm doing fiiiiine.
well, mostly fine.
idk, I'm enjoying it anyway. XP I do kinda want to go back and watch stuff but at the same time, I'm lazy... so yeah
I'm really only in the show for the fight scenes XP
Just watched dbz resurrection of f. Djjsicuhtnsmxigifndnxkfjdkd...that is all.
uh... that didn't sound good. you ok? was it that bad or what? sorry, I took the bait with Battle of Z or whatever but I didn't even watch it in English/decided I was done after. can't take any of the new animated Dragon Ball stuff
Having just watched another episode, I think I'm going to sit in a corner and cry. That did not just happen. The only way my sanity survives is if I refuse to accept that last episode.
I mean, I can't stop saying this season is an incredibly well written series...mostly because it really is. But it's mixed with equal amounts of hate for the writers for creating a series where I care about everyone so much.
um... this sounds like an emotional heartbreak show. yeah, I mean, just that pic. I can only imagine that was a legit character who died? ugh. I almost definitely wouldn't be able to take this show, I can see and feel it now. like, please no, stop with the feels. I can't.

as for what I'm watching, I haven't been keeping up with Noragami as I know what happens. I slooooowly managed to watch 2 episodes of One-Punch Man. As in, I watched one, thought it was ok, and yesterday I watched the other and also thought it was ok. and that's about where I'm at. definitely overhyped/the hype kinda killed the joy for me just a bit, but seems like a good show anyway
also, I picked up a show that had already aired its 1st season and is currently getting a 2nd season: Haikyu!!
This show got me absolutely hooked. Like, at a few points I just couldn't stop watching, it was so good. The character development, soundtrack, animation... so much of it is so good, and it just really got me into it. I'm not a volleyball fan or even a sports anime fan or anything, I just kind of randomly picked it up and I don't regret it. It was that good.
anyway. I need to convince someone to watch Haikyu!!
[10/27/2015 11:29:27 PM] ballin1337: so I can fangasm with someone about it
[10/27/2015 11:29:33 PM] ballin1337: it's soooo entertaining holy crap
[10/27/2015 11:30:15 PM] ballin1337: WHO HERE IS REALLY BORED AND HAS NOTHING BETTER TO DO THAN TO WATCH AN EPIC/HILARIOUS ANIME ABOUT VOLLEYBALL *shot*
[10/27/2015 11:58:11 PM] ballin1337: AND they just added an awesome new character to the second season
That's right. it's only been like, a couple weeks but I already caught up on the entire 1st season and despite wanting to hold back before watching the 2nd season so that there'd be more episodes out... I COULDN'T. IT WAS JUST TOO GOOD. At first I thought I wouldn't be able to get into the 2nd season so easily but... I did, thanks to said new character who I find really interesting, and man. It's a problem. I'm only one episode behind what's been aired. T_T
So that's about where I'm at. I'm not watching a lot compared to some other seasons (namely last season), considering I'm only barely keeping up with K, and have OPM and Noragami in the back (but I'm not caught up on them), but that's ok because I got to catch up on Haikyu!! and I have a bit more free time to do other stuff, and I don't feel like I'm missing out on any other good shows... so I'm pretty satisfied. I'd only be willing to watch more anime if there were more good anime to watch, but this season seems pretty barren if you're not watching season 2 stuff or the few other decent shows airing XP
