@Rujio don't use default MS paint colours, just take the colours you want from existing sprites.

I only used default colors in his eyes. I made the rest of them (except for the skin).
@Hazuki: Wasn't expecting anyone to get it that fast. The last one is Lucius, but that's kind of unfair since I edited the hair on our left and I didn't use the back of his hair. Virtual cookie for you. Also, that custom is amazing!

The cloak still looks really dark. It needs three colours not two.

I thought the original only had two colors (besides the outline crap). Oh well. Should the third color be lighter or darker?

Now that I look the eyes look pretty weird, never use default colours for anything. That brown cloak must be the only cloak to use two colours. Maybe it's just the outline that looks strange.

Here's the current version. I added lighter colors to the cloak. Does the first one look better than the others?

I'll fix the eyes later. Wonder what it would like like with his eyes changing and all. Oh well, I'll fix them.

The cloak looks fine, but the outline on it is pretty bad. Also you have mostly dark tones on the mug so get rid of the bright green you have in the eye.

I went back to the old cloak and fixed the eyes.
What part of the outline needs fixing?

The outline color doesn't fit in at all.

The left of the collar seems a little bleh, looks like the splicing didn't go perfectly, try and touch it up. On the left the hair is kind of weird and it lacks a little shading. There's also a thick sort of line on the left of his face.

If you want I could edit it for you just to show what I mean

I see the hair, I did a 30 sec fix their since the spliced hair didn't quite work, and so it wasn't the greatest. I'm not sure what you mean with the line, I'm surprised you said the left of the collar not the right. And with the cloak, the "outline" isn't so much meant to be an outline as trim (or whatever you'd call it), but I'll change up the colors and see if it works better as an outline. I'm not quite sure what I'd do with the left hair and collar (I'm not really quite sure what's so bad about the collar) and I don't really see the thick line as that, more of shading, so if you want you can mess with it, but I'll keep messing with it and try to fix it up.
Edit: Here it is. The top-left has outline and hair shading changes and a little fix with the collar. Mid-left is original. Bottom-left has a bit more than the top-left changed.

I don't think I chose the best outline colors, I'll keep messing with that. I like the hair more than before, although that will also be changed a little. And I'm not sure whether I like what I added to the bottom one.

You don't have to use it, you can just put it next to your version and use it as a reference if you feel like it. ;D

I know the colors are horrible... any suggested edits? I'm almost done with the critical... I hope I can finish it by tomorrow so I can start working on the script and then eventually my mug ._.

Ooooh Tension. Yeah the trueblade looks good. For the colours ummm....

Make it Bright yellow and Lilac coloured at least remove the pure black

I think I'll take yours and try messing with some of it. I'm taking it mostly because I really like what happened with the hair, and the cloak looks about 1,000,000,000,000 times better with these colors, and even if I messed with my own, it would probably end up almost identical in colors XD. The main thing I'll mess with now is probably hair color. It looks a little too gray right now and I'll try out other hair colors and see how they look.

The originals are on the left, and the one Hazuki did is top-middle. I think the changes are obvious enough. What things look the best? I don't think the brown, purple, and red are all that great, but the lighter gray/white and blond pretty decent. Also, does anyone know of a program that let's you take one color and replace it with another color instead of doing it manually? I tried changing the skin tone for the white hair, and I changed most of it, but I don't think I got all of it, and there's the 16 color limit, so I couldn't just leave it even if I wanted to.

IMHO... the Lucius hair color looks the best (Bottom right corner) for ya
