Lol. You say that assuming that she isn't uber strong. She IS a Hero if I recall correctly. What? GIrls have to be weak or something? And most people carry weapons with one hand. Now when they actually start FIGHTING, that's a different story.

The feet are too big an ugly looking. Try working on them and making them less swollen.

Clearly Inari is a certain nine-tailed fox and should be the megling gunner instead.
Other than that, nice job, Lancer! However, I can't help but feel that, from the placement of the tails, it almost looks like she's pooping them. Maybe it's just me, but.
Edit: As for the shading, I'd suggest making things a bit darker near the bottom.

She's humanoid buddy. That means that the body is still mainly proportional to what a human would be.
