Basic steps of how I do chibi's
-Minimise to 1/4 size, (50% height, 50% width)
-Clean up facial area, remove nose unless it's prominent(like Fargus')
-Complete outline, dd any major hair flicks, even if they're a bit exagerated
-Add the collumns of pixels for the eyes
-Tidy hair shading
-Add any minor details
-Clean up any parts that look a little messy/off
et voila
We're currently on trial map 2 work atm, Need to do a fair few more generic mugs, and like 3 other mugs for it, but once we go through and finish all our trials, most of the graphics work alot of stuff will be done already
so the actual chapters should progress at a faster rate(as in chibi's, frames, etc for all the mugs, battle anims, overworlds and the likes)

Lakche update, messed around with a lot of stuff, but biggest change is the back of the hair and the ear-tail i think, anyways I'm pretty happy with it, but cnc it if you see anything I should fix
