Man, this forum is so dead.
Anyway, nice looking Flonne. Looks pretty much just like the one in the Disgaea game (As I'm guessing that's the picture you referenced), so no real problems that I can point out.

Not bad.
The chibi shading is kinda messy. Looks like it was just resized but not fixed all the way. It's pretty much just the hair and the trim.
The half blinking frame seems to lack some shading on the near eye. A little more second shade would help I think. And it seems like the eye is too long for the near eye on the closed frame as well. I think shortening it one pixel would help.
As for the actual base sprite itself: The angles of the armor are all over the place. The shoulders are facing one way, the collar another way, and so is the chest plate. There's also something about the eyes on all your sprites that bother me. I can't quite put my finger on it, but that might just be me, so whatever. The face as a whole looks good to me. I think your hair would benefit more if you used more of the second and third shades. At the moment, it looks a bit messy with a majority being the first shade. Actually, a lot of your sprites look like that (using a lot more base shade than the rest), aside from your really good avatar. You should shade all of your sprites more like that one.

The Eirika splice a little bit above seems kinda... deformed... and I can't say something much less generic than that... I don't really like the hair colors either. I think the shades kinda stand out slightly too much.
The hair on Rin, the most recent portrait, is very good though, IMO. In fact, everything is. And for some reason it reminds me of MK404's sprite styles, although your style is still pretty unique and awesome.

I think it's a pretty nice splice, actually. While I recognize some of the parts in terms of them just looking familiar, I can't pinpoint exactly who was used, so that's a good start.
Those... side-plates remind me of like... idk... Gundam... or something... they also remind me of armor knights, too. ._. I'm having some weird insight today, eh... XP

Well, the collars look a little huge and disproportional. Also it looks like the neck and face have different shades of colour.
I get the left half of the cape but the right side looks a bit out of whack.
