'Rochi looks a bit too happy and cheerful. Needs more menace.
Dheginsia looks good, but the stache looks a bit off. Too droopy, I'm thinking.

Your sprites are really good but my favourite is the warrior Nayr, the only thing I can say is that Orochimaru looks to nice

I like the color choices, but I'm not a huge fan. The neck looks kinda long, and the positioning of his head looks a bit awkward.

Older Nayr looks like a... idk... so many different thoughts coming from him, I guess "freak" would work, but you'd probably take offense to that... so meh, no official comment...

Sain looks pretty amazing. His armor.....just fits well. I cannot describe it.
