Well, it started when I joined and I noticed some members got birthday topics while others didn't. I though it would be better to grant all active members the joy of helping appreciated on their birthday.

I found birthday topics usually went on if someone knew it or noticed it and announced it or not. xD

Wishing someone you don't know, and most likely don't care about, (lazylegionspark) is your purpose? ......:/ That's sad xD I'm not against the idea, but honestly if it were me, empty wishes of happiness irritate me more then make me feel welcome. But that's just me.
