Okay. Assuming that Blazer and Tino are taking part in the Rp.

This is the map, and.

Blazer, being the strongest, is red.
bblues, being second strongest, is yellow.
Seraph, being third, is green.
Felover, being Felover, is blue. We assumed he wanted the island nation.
And then Tino decides if he would rather be Orange or Gray/Purple.
And I'll be the last one.

Oh, just a side note. We'll most likely be using a rule wherein you can only attack people in nations that border you.

@bblues, Yes, it maybe "should" but then that runs the risk of having it very unfair on someone, while this, albeit not completely fair, is a controlled fair.

Also, make rules about attacking, as most nations jsut don't go WTFATTACK for no reason, RPing will cover war reasons, prep/etc.

Yes, it will, once we've established rules and a plot.. As of right now, it's okay to go WTFATTACK, I suppose.

We can also set up a character RP that would run with this, and could be the cause or end of some wars, or whatnot. Or a series of small RPs. Whatever happens.

I don't think the ocean would belong to anyone.

But say, if Orange wanted to attack Red, it would need Blue's permission to cross by, otherwise Blue could just plunder the ships and whatnot.

If I live in Seraph's country, am I in Seraphs Military, or what should my alleigence be at the beginning?

Tough question, the simple answer is Yes, for now. Depending on the story and benefits down the road, alleigence may change. There might be spies, back-stabbers, greedy rulers, so forth.

Another rule would be that all battles must be reported, after the fact. So it can still be surprise attacks or war or whatever, but the damages and whatnot would be publicly stated, and hopefully RPed.

That's the goal. xD Start off slow, then have loads of political what the hell is happening it's suddenly very hard to keep a nation together for the rulers. And slow loyalness turns to power-hungry lords. xD

Yes, that is precisely the point, and also because with the information some pretty epic battles could be created/RPed around them.
