To whom it may concern:

Author of Burning Shrine, as of this posting, you have roughly two hours to update before the "crowd" becomes a mob. When said mob is formed, they will be carrying pitchforks and torches, with some people even using brooms to sweep you out, a la Shenanigans style.

This chapter is short, and kind of....dark...yeah.

Burning Shrine – Chapter 3 – Kill Confirmed


A helicopter was causing the noise. On the side were bright red letters reading ‘MAPS’. Felover and Shu lowered their heads as it descended, blowing sand in their faces.

“PTHHPBBP! SAND! CRAP!” Shu yelled over the noise of the whirring blades. Soren stepped out of the helicopter, and Shu and Felover took a look at who else was inside it. The only people they could see was a man with short, slicked back black hair, and a man with a beard who had a bandana tied over his head. He was holding some sort of weapon.

Their attention was redirected to Soren as the helicopter ascended again.

“What’s up, you okay?” asked Felover as Soren approached them, with a bored look on her face.

“Yeah, I guess. The people who rescued me didn’t talk to me much…”

“Caleb, take the shot…”

“Yes sir, Captain Grant.”

He aimed through the aperture sight on his gun…a gun that shot a streaming bullet that explodes once it loses its momentum….a deadly weapon.

He took the shot.

The three FES Staff all looked towards the helicopter.

“Thanks!” Yelled Shu.

Soren fell backwards, and an explosion erupted behind her.

Felover sat up. He looked to his side, and saw Soren lying in blood.

“Dammit…” he grunted.

“We wanted her to die before your eyes!” Yelled the man with black hair from the helicopter as he peeled a sticker that said ‘MAPS’ off the side of the vehicle, revealing the word ‘SPAM’.

Felover looked further to his side. Shu was lying in the sand, his gun strewn close to Felover. Felover picked it up, and aimed it towards the helicopter, where three soldiers wearing black swat-like clothing and holding spears were walking away from, towards him.

Felover couldn’t move, he was still on the ground. He pulled the trigger on Shu’s gun, but found the entire front part broken off, most likely by the explosion.

“Damn, what am I going to do?” he muttered as they moved closer.

PLOT TWIST!!!

Anywyas, this is a pretty nice story so far. It's unique in that evrywhere's an island. Keep up the good work!

... Also, one point of criticsm. When Blazer says "Meh, FE10's not that good of a game anyways", I must digress. FE10 is so awesome it's making my Wii disfunction since it can't handle the awesomeness. that or it's cuz I accidently left in on for 12 hours...
