[Holy Kensai]

((Yeah I know. In all honesty, we're probably being pretty n00by RPers. But yeah, it's hard not to godmod enemies. Either they're too easy, or too hard. Perfectly matched each time sucks, cause you know, pages upon pages of dual to the deaths gets boring.))

A young healer was hiding behind a rock, watching the battle. On his back was the remains of Suoh. He was trying to escape when a morph sensed him and charged. The healer Boty ran as fast as he could but the morph was still after him. Suddenly, a sword appeared from the morphs back. The morph fell as Boty ran to the capital.

Suoh woke up in a white room. Every part of him hurt and he couldn't move a muscle. He looked at his arm and felt his stomach turn. His arm was completely burned so that it was black. He realized that his whole body was the same way. His head was wrapped in bandages and he was wearing two casts. He looked up and saw someone was tending him. The healer was nursing his wounds and them used his staff on Suoh's arm. Instantly it felt better. He realized that it was no longer burned. The healer proceeded to heal Suoh's whole body. Finally, Suoh could get up. He saw his weapons in the far corner but as he limped there, the door burst open and three guards entered. "There he is!", one shouted. "Get him!", the other shouted. Suoh grabbed his weapons, and his old tunic and sprinted to the window, the guards close behind. Suoh jumped and fell, landing on a mattress.

Kraan, walking through the forest, finally stopped. "Ahhh... This is as good a place as any." Kraan then sat down and raised his hands to his eyes. When he removed them, a shimmer of magic came with them. Kraan looked up with his piercing yellow eyes. "Feels good to finally have the magic off of my eyes..."



((That is my plot twist.))

The mage snapped his fingers and he was gone, like dust on a wind. He was going to the castle to report success.

Suoh sneaked back up the stairs. He wanted to thank the healer. The healer was mending the window. Suoh said,"Thanks." The healer said," You shouldn't be here. The guards are still looking for you." Suoh said, " I'm leaving now so I guess it's good bye." Suoh ran to thee stables and grabbed his old horse, Lightning. Climbing on his saddle, he urged the horse into a gallop, going in the direction of Serest.

Victor looked down and said "Are you alright?" Realizing it was a morph, he crushed it's head, and ran to the gates. Looking out he saw the mage was gone, the woods were on fire, and the morphs were weakening. Laughing at the fire, he said "Take that fearsome beasts." and ran around them, returning to battle.

[BAZ]

Kratos watched the mage dissapear and the horse continue it's frantic charge. He was annoyed it didn't work and that the mage still thought that he had won. He almost didn't see the axe coming down on him but while Kratos tried to dodge his left arm got cut. 'A rookie mistake.' He thought as he stepped back. The three soldiers had recovered faster than he expected and now they were around him, weapons ready. The axe guy tried to make it two hits for two but this time the mercenary was ready and parried the attack, knocking him back into one of the other two attackers. The third attacker lunged at Kratos, but found that he had missed as he had sidestepped. Worse though was the lance had now been pinned down between his bloody left arm and his chest armor. Unable to pull his weapon free the morph was forced towards Kratos and towards death as his leveled sword impailed the yellowed eyed entity, killing it.

The remaining two were now moving to attack again, however Kratos removed his blade from the carcass and kicked it towards the other lance wielder, once again checking his attack. The axe wielder swung his heavy weapon again, but it was parried again, this time leaving room for a killing stab towards the neck. The remaining lance wielder was still recovering from the last attack, but he didn't get the chance to launch another. A quick head decapitation with the sword ended him.

With more bodies laying around him and his blood being mixed with the blood of his slain foes. Kratos looked at the battle. A lot of Morphs were alive, but many were incapacitated and unable to fight. Only a handful, 3-4 at most Kratos guessed, were still fighting.

(hmmm, I was thinking about introducing a legendary weapon as a prize in an arena fight. Play a bit on my character's profile and also try to get Cecil in as the fight in the final. But I do like what has been suggested in the shoutbox so far.)

((You can still fight Cecil, but we should train, I mean we barely can defeat the morphs and there's five or six of us.))

[BAZ]

(Hence the arena play. Also we do need a weapons upgrade too and my bag of goodies should help there, providing the bag didn't get burnt or stolen. But we better clear up the remains of these guys and make a bee-line for a city)

((Here's an idea. Whiles we are training, one of us finds a master seal which causes us to evolve. Our weapons get stronger too.))

((You have no hope of beating Cecil, just putting this out there. Once again, any hits he gets on you, he'll drain you of your power and absorb it. But Yeah, Mankut, I think I'm going to sort through it and copy and paste our discussion in chronological order in the other topic for this.))

((Something like that, we'll work it out as we go along. I'mma post again after I have our discussion posted. Eh, nevermind, it's a lot of work and I want to go to bed soon. I'll copy paste the tenish pages of it and someone else can go through it if they want. If not, I'll try to get through it tomorrow. Nevermind, screw it, I'll just put in a summary or something. Okay editted in, last post, The Opening Book, Out of Character. Please go read and add any thoughts and ideas of it. ))

Suoh neared the battlefield. Everything was in flames and only a few morphs were left. Suoh thought to himself,"Wow, we are weak. We have to be able to at least kill a small party of morphs without suffering all these injuries and only winning by a lucky shot or two." Suoh said," Hey. I'm back! Guess what? I found an arena. We can hone our skills there! Come on, let's go! More morphs are coming!"

[Rennac]

Kraan, walking through the forest, heard Suoh yelling. "Ah... Well, here goes." Kraan walked up behind Suoh, and said, "Hello..."

((In case you did not figure it out, I'm a morph. And I was using magic to disguise my eyes and my class, so that sucked my power away. I'm going to make a new profile for Kraan now.))
