Yes it does. The third shade is just so dark that it is
about as dark as the border itself.

The latest one looks good, I see some April in there though. Shoulder problem as Seraph mentioned. T_T Still making fun of me for the border thing, stop hurting my feelings.

No, I did use Natalie. Also, hat bang that looks like
April's/Leila's was actually custom made.

Yeah that's why I italicized FE8, that's what I was questioning. I do see some Natalie resemblance so perhaps that's it.

Clothing looks a bit funny to me, because their is trim on it, but it just seems to vanish towards the left side, and their is only part of a sleeve, unlike the other arm, just looks a tad awkward. :s

Too bad I can't draw you a concept sketch DX Anyway...
Finally, my Star Wolf, as he is in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. It's a
full custom, but every single color was stolen from the reference.

The outline could use some work in some places, such as the left of the head. I'm not a fan of the bottom of the head and shouldn't there be white hair underneath the collar (according to the reference)? I don't like the arm shading because it almost looks like pillow shading but technically it seems pretty accurate so I guess it's just me...
Also I think it would look better with some darker shading to the left of the eye but again what you did is pretty close to the reference so yeah... pretty good overall

Considering the colors are from the reference I think it's fine, although he'd probably look a little more tight if he was a darker grey, but that's opinion.
Come to think of it I might Brawl right now...

This time, I bring battle sprites. A sheet of battle sprites of some
OCs. April, Sasha, Tormod, and Andromeda.
Just try to guess the bases
So, this time, I'm breaking all of the principles of normal FE battle sprites.
I ignored the color limit, and took most of the colors straight from the
portraits that they resemble.
