I need help with editing palettes because i understand the gbacolorpicker part, but couldn't we just edit the palette in FEditor Adv? Yes i read the ultimate tutorial and i don't get it.

I have to say that the way you're trying to get people seems...outright repulsive.

As in even if there are people who would want to help out, there's so little certainty and there are not even words to attempt to assure anyone, along with being someone that shows no credibility.

Also...telling someone that the thrill of the hack is the appeal, or the joy of succeeding...is kind of like trying to tell someone to have fun doing homework for someone else.

The hack even seems to be almost-entirely-reskin (and if not, painfully unoriginal to the extent of me wondering why you would be trying to change FE7 at all) from what little information I might have been able to collect, making the project itself not seem like something worth completing.

I know what your trying to say, that this shouldn't even be done at all. I mean your right, is just that, i kinda got side-tracked on my original hack with stuff i couldn't do, so your right.

If the only reason why you're trying to do an FE7 hack now is because your FE8 one failed, like as if you have some duty to make a hack or something, I suggest stopping altogether.

Not that I'm acting with that advice myself at the moment.

also you realize you can just respond to multiple posts in one topic, right? You don't have to hit the "Quote" button for every post and make a separate reponse. Just use [ QUOTE ] tags without spaces and copy/paste the relevant post or just do something like

@NameofMember *insert what you want to say to them here*

Since you seem to not be too familiar with forums I'll let it slip, it's not a huge deal, but do try to be more careful so that people like Ryoku don't feel inclined to minimod

Well, it can be done directly from the portrait editor, so I guess after your GBA color picker, you go and enter the hex code (00 to 1F) in the color you want to replace.

That's all in the various tutorials. Mix em and match em, but try to use what you already have for a few days. If you are truly stuck after that, come back and make a topic telling us exactly what is troubling you so we know what area you are struggling with. Good luck
