OOC: Is that supposed to be Lily's house? Also, the name is Lily making her sound innocent, irony is she is nothing like that.

Skyler ducked around the bend; the annoying rich girl was acting up again. Lily, her name was. Skyler walked around back towards the blacksmiths shop, where his brother Stan worked.

"Phew... Lucky I got in here quick. Where is this place, anyway?"

Kraan hears a strange shuffling noise coming from the back of the house.

((I thought the only large house in Tresa is Lily's house? I'm not sure, but since nothing has been established, I suppose not. Also since Lily is in town, and so are Kraun and Leona, this would be a good time to initiate battle, no?))

Cecil jumps out of some bushes and yells "Found you!" at one of the kids playing hide and seek. As the kid does not move, Cecil pokes him and then grabs him, picking him up and running back to town. Yelling for all the other kids to come back too, he realizes there is a knife stuck in the child's throat.

((This way either it was roaming bandits to fight later, or invading bandits to fight now, up to you guys.))

Skyler heard a shout, and turned his head. There was a man standing there was the remains of a child, dead in his hands. Unsheathing his sword, he charged at the man, thinking that he had killed the child.

Leona looked up from her daydream, only to see Cecil carrying a child's corpse and shouting hysterically. Only, she saw another man running at him, sword drawn. Leona shouted at her loudest voice, which was really loud, "STOP! Don't hurt him!"

Cecil hears Leona yell, and a bit scared stops and yells back "I'm not! I just found him!"

Lily walked valiantly on the streets, ignorant of her surroundings until a loud voice penetrated her ears and forced her to find out what insolent fool had bothered her so.

Instead of looking on the same level as the rest of the people and realizing that close by armed people had been about causing "insolent ruckus", she asks her bodyguard.

"...I believe some insolent fools are beginning a peasant fight within a short radius of our destination," reported the bodyguard.

"..You insolent fool! You may not call anyone an insolent fool! Only I am worthy of using such an insult that perhaps is an insult of such a high caliber that it should not be used on such lowly people..."

"Yes, madam."

"Urgh. You pathetic inferior beings. I hate all you rubbish. Take me to the shopping mall, I am beyond impatient!"

"Ah! I hear a scream... and Cecil's useless gibberish..." Kraan walks out, only to see Cecil about to get chopped in half. *thinking to myself* "Should I...? Well, Leona's there, so I suppose I could make an impression." Kraan runs next to Cecil and yells to Skyler, "Hey! Cecil may be stupid, but he's not a killer. Stop."

Skyler stopped his brutal charge, and put the tip of his sword on Cecil's throat. "What did you do to the child?" He asked.

Cecil turns around and sees the blade at his throat. "Holy Sh--! All I did was find him in some bushes near town! We were all playing hide and seek like normal. I ain't never killed a person before."

"Mhm...really? And how am I to know that you aren't a simple bandit, posing as a merchant or some of that kind?" Skyler inquired.

Cecil points to the left of the Tavern/Inn. "That's my house.
Cecil then points to the right of the Tavern/Inn. "That's my parent's house. How do I know you're not the bandit in question?"

"Hmph. Those children...my blade only pierces that of which is unjust. Normally I would have killed you for that insult," Skyler said, as he spat on the ground before Cecil's feet,"But I'm feeling generous today. Go, if you are who you say." He said, sheathing his blade. He knelt by the body of the child who had been injured, and closed his eyes.

Cecil spits on Skylar's spit. "I can hold my own. Kinda. You can't help me being suspicious with you know, you being a stranger to town and having a blade to my throat."

Cecil kneels to the kid too. "Strange... I've just realized I've never seen this kid before..."

"Hm...I'm a traveling mercenary." Skyler said, not offering his name.

Cecil looked at the man. "What are you doing here then? Tresa is usually just a small quiet town."

"Just passing through. On my way to Cadair." Skyler said, speaking of a much bigger town, twenty miles down the road. "My brother works here as a blacksmith. I was just visiting him." Skyler said.

Cecil nodded, wondering what it's like outside of Tresa. "I've never left this town and the surrounding area. Must be fun to travel the world, slaying this and that."
