My favorite villain (or anti-hero) would be the RNG Goddess. She'll screw you over in any given time.

I think there were better villains that overshadowed Julius during Fe4. While he was definitely a villain, he was still kinda a tool used by Manfloy, imo anyway.
And I always thought the translation to "Yurius" just sounded completely stupid. It just...doesn't even sound right, especially when accompanied by "Yuria" >.>

The Black Knight. Why? In Radiant Dawn, whenever he attacked, it was a gamble. I would feel so uneasy. And on top of that...he walked slow. And his footsteps were like thunder...He slowly lifted up his blade...An then it was over. And that was when he was on my team! Strangely enough. I figured out Zelgius was the Black Knight the same way Ranulf did. Black Knight did his critical...OUCH. That was stuck in my head! XD And then I saw him do Eclipse...OUCH. When I had to fight him my first thought was, "Everyone charge him!" Then he put up that barrier...I spent the whole fight running. XD After my thir FE10 playthrough, I figured out that he wasn't all that strong though. XD

I'm trying to decide between the Black Knight and Zephiel.
Reasons:
Black Knight: He's really one of the strongest.He survived a building falling on top of him man! He's also very hard to fight, that goes with strong.
Zephiel: He's really just liked by me because of the fact that before FE6 plot Eliwood saves Zephiel's life. I mean, if Zephiel had died, nothing would have ever happened. He's also a jerk. XD
(I realize I used nothing very loosely. Oh well.)

I never really liked Nergal, he just seemed like too much of a typical "sorcerer who wants ultimate power" stereotype.
Ditto for Gharnef.
I'd probably say my favorite would be the Black Knight or the Fire Dragon.
If that's just one dragon, imagine fighting hundreds of them in the Scouring.

I love the Reed Brothers (what?) form FE7, thay are aware about Sonia but they fight us and we kill them ;_; and the story beetwen them and Nino is cute.
Sonia is a very good antagonist too, I love to hate her 
In FE8 I'll say Valter, he is one of the best characters in the game, maybe the best. his lunacy has no limits and he acts like a predator. I love <3
