Travis turns to the girl and asks, "Are you alright? Would you like my elixir?"

Jerad nodded. "Thank you sir." He said. He ran off only a few feet before-

"Agh!" Jerad cried out, a sword impaling him through the chest. He coughed up blood before he slumped over and bled to death. The person wielding the sword, who appeared to be a noble, kneeled over and wiped the blood off his sword using Jerad's shirt. Looking up, he caught a glance of the swordsman who let the bandit escape.

"You with them?" The noble asked readying himself to attack if necessary.

Meanwhile Tania was busy bandaging her shoulder. Suddenly, a soldier appeared out of nowhere. Startled, she started to chant before Espion grunted. Tania forgot that Espion was terrified of magic, if she were to cast her magic, Espion would go crazy and hurt herself, not to mention, even Tania.

"Are you alright? Would you like my elixir?"

Tania was a little astonished, soldiers were bad people, whats wrong with this guy? He could be one of those dumber ones... I'm not complaining

"No, thats fine, thank you." she responded. She continued to bandage her arm trying her best to ignore the mans presence.

Travis noticed the girl's desire to be alone, so he walked back inside the inn. He gathered Arnold and Jeff and began to leave.

Just as they were about to leave, they see a swordsman and a noble eye to eye with each other, both with weapons ready.

"You with them?" the noble asked readying himself to attack if necessary.

Travis was to be easily detected with his yellow armor, however, didn't make any gesture to attack whatsoever.

"...I'm no bandit. But I'm no murderer, either," Zekk said, looking down at Jerad's body. The eyes were still open.

"Rest in peace, warrior," he said, kneeling down and closing his eyes.

"This bandit hurt a person I hold very dearly. Not even death can repent for that..." He said sheathing his sword. Alucard examined some of the damage that Tania caused and decided to ignore it. These commoners can fix it, it doesnt look that bad...

Tania

"Urgh." She groaned mounting onto Espion. They spent too much time in this town, not to mention attract a lot of attention. They had to leave, sadly. She went up to her brother who seemed to be talking to the swordsman from earlier. No, he's probably antagonizing him

"Lord brother!" Tania cried on Espion. She rode up besides the noble and pulled the horses reins so that it stopped. "Lord brother, this man was fighting against the bandits, if he hadnt been here, I dont think I'd be alive." Dismounting, Tania turned to the swordsman and lowered her head. "Thank you sir, for everything. I just wanted to hell the innkeeper, he'd been so kind to me and I wanted to repay him... all I did was make a big mess in the process." She frowned. How am I going to fix this mess?"


Alucard ignored his sister. "Whatever." He said mounting onto Espion. He took heed of the other three soldiers that stood there dumbfounded. "You three, go home, there is nothing here to see."

[Dath]

"...hmph. Just remember, boy. While injuries are painful in the moment, death is eternally painful," Zekk said, looking deep into Alucard's eyes.

"It was no problem. If you'll excuse me," Zekk said to Tania, as he began to walk away.

The three soldier turned to each other and looked around at the dismantled inn. Travis looks ahead at the Noble, who was getting on his horse."You three, go home, there is nothing here to see."

Travis thought about what the noble said and he thought. "What is it about this man and this girl? Why are they so secretive?"

Travis turned to the swordsman then saw the bandit on the ground.

"Wait I didnt..." Tania began to lower her tone once she realized the man was too far to hear her "... get your name... Alucard, why must you be so cold?"

"Eh, leave him alone, its not like we're going to see him again." The paladin sneered. "Tania, we have to leave. I rented out a place in Vienna, we can stay there for a month until the rebellion." Thats when he noticed her frown. "Tania, whats wrong?"

Tania looked at the ground, the bandit was dead. "Lord brother, do you not have a soul? He could have had a family... he could have been stealing to provide for his family. How could you kill him like that lord brother, how could you?" She choked breaking into tears.

Alucard can only stare at her sisters with sorrow eyes. "Tania..."

[Seraphinox]

Seraph stood silently against the wall, incredulous at how fast everything had happened.

One minute there were 4 bandits, then only one pleading for mercy, who is this man?

Seraph surveyed the wreckage, there were large holes in parts of the walls, tables lay smashed and a smattering of wounded people lay across the floor.

Ths swordsman was still there, he had confronted some oter person who looked to be important.
Along with him there were three foolish looking soldiers standing to the left.

I was powerless to help, I had to rely on these people

Suddenly his stomach rumbled loudly

Grr, worry about that later, let's just get out of here, don't want to get caught up in any unnecessary trouble

He headed for the exit...

Travis looked over to see the archer awkwardly look at the three soldier as if they each had three heads as he headed towards the exit.

Travis made a gesture to the other two soldier to leave through the back door which he found earlier.

The three soldiers, confused and clueless to what was going on around them made their way to the exit.

Travis couldn't help but look on his way out at the swordsman kneeling over the bandit's body.

Zekk nodded to Travis as he looked over.

"Where are you boys from?" He asked, joining the three men.

[Green]

"Tania, we must leave for Vienna soon. We've attracted enough attention already." Alucard pleaded gesturing towards the crowds of people that had began to arrive. They started to circle the group before a soldier came up to the innkeeper.

"What's all this commosion." The soldier asked the innkeeper. The old man, still weeping pointed towards the group of people that ha just fought off the bandits.

"They, they ruined my inn."

"Tch, as if you're inn didnt reek of mediocrity already." Alucard hissed. "Tania, see? There was a reason I told you to stay out of danger, that reason was a good one too." Tania couldnt fight her brother anymore, he just wanted to protect her... but did he have to go so far?

"... I guess it doesnt matter, it wasnt the first time lord brother has spilled blood." She whispered getting on Espion. Alucard smiled, he knew that she would see it his way. The soldier looked at Alucard and called out to him.

"Hey! You, what are you-" He was too late, which the flick of his reins, Espion bolted away with the two nobles ontop of him leaving behind a cloud of dust and a group of dumbfounded citizens. "Reinforcements, we need reinforcements!" The chief soldier called out, and with that, three caveliars chased after the noble siblings. With that, three foot soldiers appeared and waved the citizens down, within a matter of minutes, they were gone leaving the three foot soldiers with Travis' crew, the archer and the swordsman.

"You five, you're under arrest for damaging property." The lead soldier said branshing a handcuff.

[Dath]

"We were merely defending ourselves, sir. The bandits attacked us, and were causing damage to the inn. Ask the innkeeper, he'll tell you," Zekk calmly said, sheathing his sword and turning to look at the lead soldier.

[Fitz24]

"Where are you boys from?" the swordsman asked, joining the three men.

Travis replied, "We are from Crimea, I'm Travis Hezlot, this is Arnold Nauss and Jeff Portair. We saw you needed help, so we rushed over. It looks as though we got here in time to help, but who are you?"

Before the swordsman could lift a finger a soldier walked in and said, "You five, you're under arrest for damaging property."

The soldier was branishing a handcuff as the archer was just in front of him on his way out.

But Seraphs legs wouldn't move, he knew if he did it would just make the situation worse

How the hell did I get wrapped up in this?? There's no way in hell I'm going down for this

Then the scary looking soldier started to try and reason with the soldiers.
Seraph decided to try and help

"Yes sir, we really didn't cause the troubl here, is this was rabble!" Seraph said as he motioned his arm in the direction of the sprawled out bodies on the floor

The soldier turned back to the innkeeper who was still gasping for air. "Does the swordsman speak the truth?" He asked.

"I-I dont know, It was so fast... yes, yes it was them, they damaged the inn, arrest them... just get them out of here!" The innkeeper stuttered.

"Heh, you thought you can lie you way out of-" Thats when the soldier stepped on something wet... "Blood?" He looked down and saw the body of the bandit that Alucard killed. "Murder too? Now which one of yo- Forget it, save your story, you're all going to jail!"

The three soldiers started advancing towards the crew, handcuffs visible.

Seeing the soldier walk towards Travis, Arnold, Jeff, the swordsman and the archer, Travis couldn't believe what was happening.

Without a chance to explain their story, Travis searched for an idea. He looked over at Jeff and Arnold, who were both as confused as he was and signaled something.

The mercenaries drew their weapons.......

The guards began advancing with their handcuffs once they noticed the dead body on the floor.

Shit, this can't be happening.

No chance I'm going to prison!!

He turned slowly to see if there was any escape.

I could probably lose them in that huge crowd out there, these people can go to prison if they want

Seraph began running for the street, bow over his shoulder, head down.

At the sight of the three soldiers drawing their weapons, the empirial soldiers did the same, brandishing their lances. One threw his javelin at Travis while the other two went after Arnold and Jeff. The lead soldier who threw his javelin at Travis noticed Seraph getting away. "Bah, we'll catch him. Subdue these perpetrators first, we'll get 'em."

"...how...inconvenient," Zekk muttered. He wondered what his father would have done. Probably killed them. However, Zekk didn't like killing. Luckily, he did happen to have some martial arts skills that his father did not possess.

"We've done nothing wrong. If you're looking for the murderer, it was the noblemen who fled the scene of the crime. We've done nothing wrong, so we've nothing to fight you for, nor be arrested. The innkeep is lying or his memory is faulty. We've done nothing wrong, so let, us, go!" Zekk said, looking straight at one of the soldiers.
