(Updated a little bit, since Blazer pointed some stuff out)

More Armor Knights! This time of the lance variety. (Lol, I'm pulling an FE4 with specific armor knight classes.)

So, yeah, Rain, Clyve's sister, Lance Knight. Apollo and Rosemary are the other knights, Apollo being an Axe Knight and Rosemary a Sword Knight.

She's working as a mercenary, trying to make her name known so that she can lead her own mercenary guild some time in her life.

Dunno why I went into a miniature character bio there, but whatevs.

^Hey, character bios can sometimes help with inspiration.

Critique: her eyebrow needs fixing. It looks cut-off--if you just take a peek at it you should be able to see what's wrong with it.

Compliment: The colors look nice, the bio is cool, and I think the head is well-done, and the armor isn't bad even though it could use some refinement.

I see what you mean with the eyebrow and I shall fix it right away.

Also, could you tell me what refinement the armor needs exactly, so that I might be able to make it look the slightest bit better?

Eh, I would tell you, but I am not a good spriter...

Generally just the armor's trim and some other pixels could look better... and it kinda looks bad that some of her hair is sticking out while some of it is tucked inside... :\

Hair is oddly uneven, but otherwise cool, I think it looks a bit better.

The armor should be big on her, yes, but the cloth on the inside
should be more fitting to her.

You mean tighter against her body? Cause, I guess I could try that. Never done that before, but I guess I'd have to have the clothes outline her collar bones, right? (or, something)

I think Rufus is pretty good, but Abraham is too obvious of a splice, IMO.

I agree. I should change up the hair and face a bit, make him less Forde.

I would definitely change the eyes on Forde, but a whole new face angle may or may not be better. In any case, I always suggest using different eyes and face shape and not getting each from the same character, because the eyes and face shape almost always give away who is used in a character's face unless it's some very generic boss.

Have any of you ever (spriters, and those who excel at pixel work) tried using your creations for a job? And, if so, how well did it go?

I only ask because I see some people here making sprites, and they're of top notch quality, some even better then the people who work at Nintendo. Just wondering.

Now Abraham's nose looks odd, and the eyes go against the angle.
