Oh, boy, my memory for names sucks so hard... >.< Let me see what I can do...
Hugh Dennis deserves to raise 1 IMO. The average amount of times he makes the audience laugh to a point the program can't go on until at least 70% of people get to breathing again is greater than the Dara's. But then again I am biased for Hugh, we go since way back.
*Would place him on top almost automatically*
Frank Skinner in lower mid? Hmmm... He is better that Greg, at least, even though nether of them is my favorite, sooo... XD
And since life isn't just going up, I suggest Lucy for bottom Tier. I think I only laughed of 2 jokes from her in what, 3 programs I saw with her? XP I no love Lucy. XD
