Well the thing with mini mugs is, they're easy to make, it's just hard to make them look right xD Anyway there's my attempt.
One thing I was wondering while making the m'mug though is, in a hack isn't there a maximum height? Since as far as I can tell, the bblues characters little spike at the top of the head makes it taller then any official FE mug I can find.
Also, this project (hack) is taking forever, I thought it'd been cancelled xD

The general method for a chibi is to take a 64x64 piece and fit as much of the mug in it as possible and resize it to 32x32...
and fix the shadings, etc.
That's how Ryru taught me anyways...
(This one's by Cipher Lee, I just made the chibi)

Indeed, he was two pixels over the vertical limit. Since the hair is his "Character Item"(The thing which gives him personality, his uniqueness...charisma, even; It is a very manga concept) IMHO, I decided to cut a bit of his armor... not like he lost too much anyways, he still seems buff. :3
Also, if you don't mind, BB, I added a touch of your eye's white inside the shadding of the gold in your armor; As it was now, it was too similar to your skin, now it is more goldish IMO(Even though you may only notice any difference by putting both of them side-by-side. XD)
@Rey: I tested it, and it seems Tsuki did use that technique dude. I did the resize, compared to what she did, and it seems very likely she did it using that technique too.
