Karen looks pretty good (although too much like Lilina).
Maxwell looks like a poorly made Sain and Karel mix. The pointy things don't even make sense, he's not a swordmaster or a warrior look-wise so what is he? Better decide! XD Also the left part of his body looks awkward with the random blue and ugly outline and incorrect (not poor, incorrect) shading.
The Cecilia looking one if I know my portraits any, AKA Claire, is OK but the armor looks positioned odd, especially the angle. It looks like the breastplate is gonna fall off soon.

Is he wearing orange armor or what? I can't be sure. The right side makes me think it's armor but the rest makes me think it's some sort of rag or something. I think the mouth is just slightly too high. It could use a good recolor because the colors just look odd IMO... well, I've seen better, anyway. The shading on the cape is way too bland with just two colors IMO.

The original cape was a part of robed Eliwood which only used two shades in the part I used for the cape. The left armor was customed. lol I should probably recolor it differently. Now guess what parts I used.

Hector, Eliwood with a cape, Older Hector, Marcus. I would say you used for hair hector and old hector, but it seems to have either a few extras from others or some bits of customing.
Nice to see people building confidence for customing.
The trim isn't perfect it seems wavey, but changing around a few pixels already would fix that, so I am cool with it. Hard to understand what class he belongs to, I would guess some sort f myrm with a single armored arm? Face shape is a bit weird IMO, but I am a critic, so.

It was supposed to be a Cavalier from FE5, remember how they always had massively showing capes, without showing armor in their mugs? I was going for that.

Not bad... I actually like it. Oujay's hair is still too much like Oujay's, though, and could use some recoloring and customizing IMO.

I don't like his eyes... Then again because I think someone looking at me like that would be annoying, aside from his attitude I have no issues. XP He is very Outjay, but he is interesting enough.

How do I add a border to text in GIMP? Also, wouldn't it be bland without the right render? With all of the bank space?

There's a border on the right Karla (OPOV). It seems a little odd to me, because it doesn't really match the other Karla. Otherwise, it looks pretty good.

I think that shine thing just detracts from the image. I can't stop looking at it--the brightness grabs my attention to the text and makes me see the text, not Karla. :\
